death by a thousand cuts... make that a million cuts
slaying the dragon a million different ways, one cut at a time
Hey there you pack of freedom loving, dragon slaying heretics. What makes you lead the charge against the dragon?
Late edit. A New York judge recently ruled that jab mandates for cops were not legal and has ordered all cops who lost the their job to be reinstated. The cuts to the dragon are increasing.
I like coyotes. Living in the midst of a vast, healthy ecosystem, replete with a healthy population of majestic wildlife means there is also a healthy population of coyotes. I often hear packs of them yipping at night after having made a kill. It’s such a wild and free expression of life exonerated by death!
That’s why I also like Substack. In this time when popular platforms are censoring or banning people for exercising their first amendment rights, any place that provides a home for freedom loving souls gets my love.
About 18 months ago I wrote how Substack was facing some blowback on its free speech policy and that it had withstood that first onslaught to maintain its position. There are now signs that may be occurring again.
Some of this is coming from pressure being exerted by big tech email providers like google (gmail) and microsoft (hotmail/outlook). These and other providers can flag emails from sources they don’t like and have them sent to spam instead of your inbox (more good reasons to abandon gmail, hotmail/outlook). A few writers on Substack are such targets, yours truly being one of them.
Another tactic is to decrease the size of e-mails allowed to be shown. This is highly effective at reducing the number of views emailed articles get, especially those that require a lot of verbiage to explain the complexity of recent events. This has been happening with many of my longer newsletters. However, these newsletters can be read in their entirety by clicking on the title, which takes you right to the article on my Substack site.
The end result of this is that pressure is being placed on Substack to comply with the censorship agenda. Let’s pray they can withstand this assault as well.
I’m highlighting this because Substack is being utilized by a number of us in the health and freedom movement as a sword wielded to slay the multiheaded beast that imposed the treacherous tyranny of the past two years.
I call this beast the dragon.
dueling
In ancient duel style, duelists are allowed to chose his or her weapon. In the fight against this particular dragon, I’ve chosen Substack as my weapon. Do I think I’m going to slay the beast single-handedly with my Substack? Maybe in my dreams:) However, anyone who has witnessed a pack of coyotes taking down a large, mature, 10 point buck deer knows that when a number of committed individuals join forces to take down a beast, the end result is fait accompli.
All of you freedom loving heretics are the coyotes of the human race. We’re hungry and committed. The end result is fait accompli.
In any pack of coyotes, wolves or hyenas, there are always those who are the most fearless and lead the first public charge at the beast. I’m not one of them. Writers like Celia Farber, Jon Rappaport, Frances Leader (all on Substack), doctors like Cowan, Breggin, Mercola, lawyers like RFK Jr, researchers like Sayer Ji and farmers like Joel Salatin, all began - publicly - charging the beast many years before I did. Truth be told, I learned a lot from some of them.
In any pack of coyotes, wolves or hyenas, there are the ones that hold back from the initial attack, overly cautious, preferring to not take any chances, to wait for the kill before entering the fray to feed on the beast.
Coyotes use a lot of different strategies to take on a big buck. There are also many strategies that can be employed to take down the dragon. Thirty years before I began a public campaign on my earlier website and here on Substack, my strategy was one of quiet non-participation. I chose not to participate in the dragons system by; living off-grid, building my own passive solar cob house using naturally occurring local resources, producing much of my own food. It’s one thing to write about how bad the dragon is while still living within the dragons system, it’s another to have long ago severed ties to the dragon and begin writing about it decades later.
Within our greater tribe there are a plethora of diverse views about how to go about slaying the dragon. The important thing to keep in mind is the end goal - slaying the dragon. Yes, I’ve written about some of the folks who I disagree with in terms of the effectiveness of their strategies, and more disagreements are coming up. That’s an important part of how tribes air disputes and come to terms with the problems at hand. At the end of the day, as long as we all agree that the dragon needs to be slain, we can chose our weapons and have at it.
For coyotes, life is black and white. They’re carnivores and deer are a natural food source. End of discussion.
In the human example, things are not so black and white. However, for some of us, they seem to be more so. Those of us who see anything that curtails our freedom in any way, shape or form will want to throw it off. Others seem to be suited to being told what to do, think and say. Some of these people are waiting to see who wins and will happily join the winning side. Others define the dragon in a much more nebulous way, one that might allow some part of it to continue living. Like the regenerative hydra found in some of the jabs, if you cut off part of the hydra, it will grow a new part.
This latter group might be the most dangerous. Why? Because they would allow the continuation of agencies in some form, agencies that serve as the dragons lair, the deep state. This is why I’m so adamant that the dragon needs to be slain… “…most sincerely dead”.
As regular readers know, I’ve been calling for the disintegration of HHS and its numerous agencies like the FDA, CDC, NIH, NIAID. More recently I’ve added the FBI, the CIA and the NSA to that list. Let’s take the money we save by doing away with the massive budgets these agencies require and use it to beef up the courts and allow individuals to seek legal justice. This may prove to be the final blow to the dragon.
Those fearless coyotes that make the first lunge at the big buck, take it by the throat, balls and belly, bring it down, rip open it’s abdomen and begin to feed on its rich organ meats, are the ones that throw the door open to those in the pack that are, for whatever reason, less willing to exercise their ability to do so.
Freedom loving folks have a hard time understanding those who are content to live in the dragons system. Apparently our ability to visualize freedom while living under the tyranny of a corporate/fascist/communist state is a gift. If so, it seems we should use that gift to free those who are less fortunate.
I have a feeling that many of you readers are like those fearless coyotes that make the first charge. Maybe it’s your job to defend the freedom of all people, even those who for now, may be perfectly happy to merely sit on the sidelines to watch and wait. If this is some sort of natural class division that exists in other warm blooded mammals, maybe it exists in humans as well. Maybe we should take a lesson from coyotes and proceed with the task at hand - charge the dragon, take it by the throat, balls and belly, take it to the ground, rip open its abdomen, feed on the rich organ meats and throw the door open to freedom for everyone else.
court weapons
Because so much of what the dragon has perpetuated over the past two years is fraud, another way to attack the dragon is through the courts. Granted, the dragon has done a fine job of infiltrating the lower courts with its minions, but, if needed, there are ways to bypass them and get these cases before the Supreme Court.
As we all know, the dragon is a huge beast made up of many different entities. One of the primary players on the dragon covidcon team is the CDC. Over the past two years some of us have documented the statistical lies put out by the CDC regarding the number of falsified death certificates and the number of “cases” brought about by the phony PCR test. I’ve written far too many articles on those topics to list here. The crux of the issue is - this fraudulent information was key to making the pandemic a ‘reality’. As I’ve explained before, without a lot of covid deaths and without vast “covid case” numbers, there is no reason to enforce lockdowns, masks, closures or most importantly, highly profitable jabs. More importantly, there can be no Emergency Use Authorization declared for “experimental” jabs if there are no signs of excessive cases or deaths. By using fraudulent statistical ploys, the CDC played a key role in selling the public on the idea that deaths and cases were piling up.
(The fact that the CDC holds numerous patents for various vaccines presents another legal angle - ‘conflict of interest’.)
One of the more interesting Grand Jury pursuits against the CDC is the Petition for a Grand Jury filed in Oregon by plaintiffs Dr. Henry Ealy III, Senator Dennis Linthicum and Senator Kim Thatcher. The defendants are Robert Redfield, former director of the CDC, Rochelle Valensky, current director of the CDC, Alex Azar, Trumps pick to be secretary of HHS, Xavier Becerra, Bidens pick to head up HHS, Brian Moyer, Director of the Nation Center for Health Statistics and DOES 1-25 (Department of Employment Services - publishes statistics).
This petition was originally filed on March 7, 2022. Bidens Attorney General Merrick Garland filed a motion to dismiss the petition but the plaintiffs responded on September 12. All of the documents can be seen here. Leah Wilson, executive director and co-founder of Stand for Health Freedom, conducted a very informative interview with the plaintiffs. It can be watched here. I found it engrossing. Dr. Henry Ealy is masterfull at presenting the case.
Among other things, the petition alleges fraud was conducted by all of the named defendants. Signatures for this petition are being collected by Stand for Health Freedom, an organization regular readers know very well. Anyone wanting to strike another cut to the dragon should sign this petition. The organizers are hoping to get a million signatures.
Another important swing at the beast right now is a lawsuit filed by the attorneys general of Missouri and Louisiana, alleging that Biden and other top US officials colluded with social media giants Meta (Facebook) Twitter and YouTube (Google) to suppress free speech. As someone who has suffered the consequences of having my First Amendment rights trampled by these tactics, I’m watching this one closely.
Those of you following the comments are probably aware that a reader has done a fine job of keeping us updated on this case.
She recently posted about another case that I was not aware of - The Court Petition for Injunctive Relief filed by Louisiana Attorney General Landry. The plaintiffs are the Louisiana AG and Representative Raymond J. Crews, who also sits on the House Health and Welfare Committee. The defendant is the Governor of Louisiana, Jon Bel Edwards. Here is what this reader said about the petition.
“The Petition argues that an executive agency has usurped authority belonging to the legislative branch, its action exceeding that given to the agency by the legislative branch. At issue is a new rule stating that school children of all ages must be vaxxed “in accordance with the dosing schedule, including any booster doses recommended by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), set forth in the applicable Vaccine Information Statement (VIS)…”
If successful at taking unlawful power from the governor and giving it back to the legislature, we could see the end of mandatory vaccines for schools in Louisiana. Not only that, this petition could be applied in many other states. Given the enormous executive breaches of power taken by both Trump and Biden leading up to and during covidcon, let’s hope this also carries over to the Federal level.
Another one of ways to attack the dragon is at the ballot box. Although few problems have been completely resolved by swapping one politician for another, there are cases where the right elected official in the right place at the right time can crack the door open enough to allow others in who can then proceed to attack the dragon more freely. We’ll delve into that the next time and also take a look at some interesting candidates coming up.
This is one of the best, if not THE best article you've yet written because it speaks to strategies and solutions to use in defeating the tyrants. The coyote metaphor is MOST appropriate, Coyotes are absolutely necessary in the animal kingdom so as to cull the weak and prevent any one group of mammals from overpopulating the territory and spoiling it for everybody else.
There's an update to the MO-LA censorship lawsuit linked above. The 1st Amended Complaint filed 8.2.22 is at: https://legalinsurrection.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/09/Missouri-v.-Biden-Amended-Complaint-w-Exhibits-8-2-2022.pdf Once Louisiana District Court Judge Doughty - a Constitutionalist - rules favorably on this case, the social media platforms will be OPEN to ALL facts and opinions. Govt will no longer be able to control the virus/vaccine narrative. The debate about the merits/harms of the vaccines will begin.
In addition to filing lawsuits and voting the anti-Constitution legislators OUT of office, we dissenters must SUPPORT the coyotes leading the charge. In the Louisiana vs the Governor Petition for Injunctive Relief, the dissenters rallied the troops, publicized info re the 'vaccines,' talked to their district reps, held meetings, invited nationally known scientists and political leaders who presented to the legislators and the public the science the CDC and FDA call "misinformation," and which the governor referred to as "misleading and conspiratorial rhetoric." Also, as learned in AG Landry's Petition, there are LAWS that are un-Constitutional, laws that our legislators need to revoke or amend so as to maintain the Separation of Powers. It's the system of Checks and Balances that preserve our freedoms and rights guaranteed to us in the Constitution.
Another lawsuit re social media censorship was filed by the AG of TX, and an Appeals Court, ruled in its favor. It was later stayed. It will likely be decided by the Supreme Court.
