The Wizard of Oz represents government. When the curtain was pulled back and it was revealed that the great and powerful wizard was just a normal man without any special powers, he immediately had to leave Oz because everyone in Oz no longer believed in his power to rule them.
So all we need is for Toto to pull back the curtain and the world will be free from the elite. It's the belief that something is more than it is that makes it so powerful. You don't need to vote people out of office to be replaced by either 1) the exact same thing 2) someone who will turn into the same exact thing. 3) someone who will be eaten alive and thrown away by the system while getting absolutely nothing done because the system will never allow it by design. What gets rid of them is removing your belief in government and politics. I vote for literally none of the above since I view voting as consent that you agree to the results. I will never consent to anyone ruling over me. I don't need it.
The government is not great and all-powerful and loves all of us and gives us everything we want. It gives us nothing we cannot give ourselves. It has nothing to give it doesn't take from us in the first place. The people's belief in it is what gives it all of its power. Just like the Wizard of Oz.
