I cannot even begin to tell you how much grief and ‘hate mail’ I received resulting from my severe and unrelenting criticism of PDJT for failing to use every possible tool, including martial law, to stop the stolen election. The most oft made comment wasinvoking martial law would start a civil war.’ To which I always replied, “your going to end up with a civil war anyway and unless Trump acts to stop the steal you will be fighting that war as a dissident.”

And here we are.

For some reason I thought it had already passed the House but my Rep would never vote for it. I already sent a communication to my Senator. Unfortunately he is Bill Cassidy, but I did clue him in that Red Flag Laws (he voted for) were being used as a tool in this bill. I tell him about himself constantly.

The other thing I included was the fact that I noticed a few years back that our Elites were investing in Healthcare. Mental Health more specifically and in a few states like ours where we are a mini-DC with RINOs galore who were once Democrats, they have combined addicts and mental health they now call "Behavioral Health". Open the Books has State Employee Salaries from 2020 and older by state and the Family Physician in charge of just the Behavioral Health in 2020 within our Louisiana Dept of Health made over $600 ,586. It is 1,301% higher than average while the employee schmucks are paid 9% lower than the average.

We are a poor state and the auditor finds millions in missing funds every year within our Dept of Health since forever and our paid fools do nothing about it except increase their budget. My expertise is the UN's SDGs - the disarmament part and I know they they will use "Behavioral Health" to confiscate firearms. This means anyone who sought help even for the most minor non violent issues like going through a divorce. They are also pushing mental health for children. They think most children need to see a therapist and that will be how they control parents like they do now with CBP. Check your state in Open the Books.

Keep your firearms close and your kids closer.

The NDAA (National Defense Authorization Act) is one of the largest pieces of legislation passed by Congress each year. As such, it can be used to hide all sorts of alarming changes in the law. This year the bill has 8,010 sections (not articles).

The last section, for example, is "Sec. 8010. Establishment of conservation corps." This is apparently a new kind of Peace Corps that focuses on environmental education.

According to the government website, this measure "passed the House of Representatives September 23, 2021."

So, now it is with the Senate.

Here is some text from Section 529A "Countering extremism in the Armed Forces."

"(e) Prohibition on Extremist Activities.--

(1) Prohibition.--Chapter 39 of title 10, United States Code, is amended by inserting after section 985 the following new section:

'Sec. 986. Prohibition on extremist activities

(a) Prohibition.--An individual who engages in extremist activities or is a member of an extremist organization may not serve as a member of the armed forces.

(b) Regulations.--The Secretary of Defense shall prescribe regulations regarding the separation of a member of the armed forces who engages in extremist activities or is a member of an extremist organization.

(c) Definitions.--In this section, the terms `extremist activities' and `extremist organization' have the meanings given such terms in section 1805 of this title.'

(2) Clerical amendment.--The table of sections at the

beginning of such chapter is amended by inserting after the

item relating to section 985 the following new item:

'986. Prohibition on extremist activities.

(f) Provision of Information Regarding Extremist Groups in Transition Assistance Program.--Section 1142(b) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new paragraph (20):

"(20) Information about efforts of extremist groups to recruit former members of the armed forces, including how a member may report such efforts to the Secretary concerned."

(g) Authority to Utilize Online Extremist Content as Cause for Separation From an Armed Force.--Chapter 3 of title 10, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new section:

'Sec. 130l. Authority to utilize online extremist content as cause for separation from an armed force

"The Secretary concerned may use content knowingly shared, disseminated, or otherwise made available online (including on social media platforms and accounts) by an individual who serves in an armed force that expresses support for extremist activities (as that term is defined in section 1804 of this title) as cause for involuntary separation from an armed force.''

(h) Coordination of Director of Countering Extremism With Deputy Inspector General Regarding Supremacist, Extremist, or Criminal Gang Activity in the Armed Forces.--Section 554(a)(3) of the William M. Mac) Thornberry National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2021 (Public Law 116-283) is amended by adding at the end the following new subparagraph:

"(E) The Director of Countering Extremism.''

(i) Effective Date.--The amendments made by this section shall take effect on the day that the Secretary of Defense prescribes regulations under subsection (c).

I personally don't know what to make of all this. It far far too much for me to study myself.

If this bill passes, that will be the final straw and the military White Hats behind Trump (and therefore behind We the People and the Constitution) will finally step in and put an end to this coup.

As horrifying as this bill is, I’m not worried, but thanks for the heads up. We still have to raise our voices and let Congress know it’s unacceptable.

Make some noise, people.

Thank you Kyle for the alert - I'd heard whispers of this....

I have never owned a cell phone - didn't want to pay so much money for such shitty voice quality.

I try to imagine Canada, Australia, China - everywhere - implementing what I've been saying for years now. And I could be wrong but I think, ALL OPPRESSION WOULD STOP IF YOU'D ALL PLEASE DUMP YOUR PHONES. At least for awhile.

Thank you.

On the Smartphone thread, I've been doing Budapest on foot (out to repair my terrible teeth!) as its the best way to get to know a city is on foot. Walked over 50 miles in the 8 days I have been here. Of course, everyone glued to their Smartphones when walking. When I see someone heading directly towards me, head bent, not her now, I don't move out of the way, just wait for them to walk into me. I'm 6'6" so they just bounce off me.. When they look up at me in surprise, I just raise my eyebrows and walk on :-)

As a 60s Hippy, Be Here Now was a mantra back then. Grabbed from the Buddhists of course, but if we are not here now, we are not present. I won't talk to anyone who can't take their eyes of their Smartphone, on the basis that you cannot talk to someone who is physically present. But somewhere else.

Bastard devices have had a TERRIBLE effect on society, never mind enabling people to the toxin of social media wherever they go. I do believe we are witnessing the collapse of Western Civilisation, inflicted from within and without. Steiner was right. Ahriman is incarnated, the embodiment of materialism via technology walks amongst us, urging us on to our own destruction. My wife and I,both Christians who believe the various Churches have failed us, intend to start what we call The Christian Resistance, starting first with like-minded folk around us. We have a now uncurated Parish Church - perfect

A lay person does the occasional service. Every Sunday I climb the tower to wind up the clock. One of us do it each day. I call myself Mr. Sunday after the wonderful GK Chesterton tale, "The Man Was Thursday".

Always good to run into kindred spirits in these troubled times. I think there are more than one might, they just need summoning up. BTW, jerempoynton@pm.me if you ever fancy chatting privately. Finding a lot of good people on Substack

The 'All Actions' page shows that the Senate received this House bill 10.18.21 - 9 months ago. It's encouraging that Congress moves at the pace of a lazy snail, as this suggests that a final Senate vote won't come up before the November elections. Both my US senators are Democrats, one a diehard Progressive, up for reelection this November, and the other, our former governor, who is not up for reelection until 2026. But both will THIS time listen to what their constituents who didn't vote for them have to say.

While awaiting Kyle's report, I'm feeling a wee bit cheered, recalling that in one of the District Court decisions re one of the Covid lawsuits, the Judge wrote that Congress CANNOT make a law that passes authority that rightfully belongs to the Legislative branch to the Executive branch. We can count on Alito, Thomas, and Gorsuch to recall this fact should a lawsuit wend its way upward to the Supreme Court.

Interesting article. I'm Canadian but totally understand the ramifications if this proposed bill went through. How can this happen with the Constitution you have?

I hope you were not seriously quoting Alex Jones an obvious controlled opposition agent. No matter who gets in the WH he/she will be a chosen puppet for the NWO aka The Jesuit/Zionist/Masonic world order. They plan well in advance check this out. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=isN8lhKvY5U
