Reagon – famous for saying "Tear down that wall Mr. Gorbachev" – made all these freedom destroying economic decisions? What I don't know about history, and all the books I would have to read to know what REALLY happened, assuming the story of what REALLY happened IS in the history books, and comparing all the contradictory info to sift out the truth, is something I don't want to do. As the saying has it, “Life is too short.” But since you've done the research, I'll accept the above re Reagon as true.

What I do know, and I didn't learn this in college or from a book, is that it's not possible for one man - even The Leader Of The Free World with a truckload of 'expert' advisors - to know what needs to be known to keep freedom from being extinguished. Conclusion: The President and Executive branch of govt has TOO MUCH POWER. Solution: (1) Decentralize govt and return Power to the People and their local reps. This is what the founders of our nation intended. (2) Make study of the Constitution mandatory for all citizens. Citizens must pass a test of their knowledge of the Constitution before voting. (3) All laws proposed by Congress must pass the Does This Law Comply With The Constitution test before being voted into law.

Kary Mullis never said PCR was not to be used to ID viruses, he said it wasn’t to be used as a diagnostic tool. Also unions are a bane because they force the employee to join to get decent wages but MUST give dues with No say what agenda it supports, and it’s always leftist democrat and lobbyists. So Reagan was spot on with that one. We don’t need unions because we’re not in the same dangerous working environment that initiated their beginnings in the past with coal mining and steel production etc. I believe Reagan’s heart wax in the right patriotic place but like everything evil slithers in and corrupts it, such as the trickle down policy.
