eugenics 101 - how the drug cartels made us all guinea pigs in the largest experiment in the history of the world

None of the COVID-19 vaccines currently being jabbed into the arms of millions of Americans have been approved by the FDA. All are being provided under an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) provision granted by the FDA. This would include Pfizer’s, Moderna’s and J&J’s vaccines.

Why do these drug cartels get to use millions of innocent Americans as guinea pigs in a vast experiment with unknown outcomes? Why is the US government using taxpayer money to pay for much of the research? Why is the US government using taxpayer dollars to purchase the vaccines in massive allotments for distribution to the American Public?

All of this amounts to the largest targeted socialist program in the history of the US. Worst of all, the target recipient happens to be the biggest and richest industry on earth, the pharmaceutical industry. With twice as many lobbyists in Washington DC as its nearest rivals - the insurance and oil industries - one would think the pharmaceutical industry would have no need for taxpayer welfare. But alas, it seems we no longer live in a constitutional republic, we now live in a technofascist state where big industry dreams up ways to capture the government to bilk John-Doe-average-taxpayer out of his meager wealth. How are these drug cartels getting away with all of this? Let’s dive into some of these questions.

First of all, I should say that, as much as I dislike the corrupt and toxic world of the pharmaceutical/vaccine industry, I don’t believe they are the ultimate arbitrators of this pandemic, but they do stand to gain handsomely from it, which makes them major players.

Also, as much as I’d like to say that this post gets to the bottom of things, alas, that seems to be a bridge too far. But I do hope I’ve turned over some pristine stones.

We have to begin with the long and sordid history of Emergency Use Authorization. The EUA began in 1938 with the passage of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act, (FD&C Act) which also gave the fledgling FDA the power to impose regulatory measures. Many government agencies began with good intentions, and the FDA was no exception. Unscrupulous business people were selling terribly toxic products and people were dying in large numbers from those products. (Ironicaly, as we shall see, the same is happening today. The FDA is no longer what it was meant to be.) As is so often the case, an outcry in the press led to government officials forming “an agency”, in this case the FDA. Elected officials are always happy to pass a meaningless bill so they can do what they do best, pat themselves on their collective back and say, “We did something about those nasty business people”. However, as we shall see, over time the FDA devolved into an agency captured by the very industries it was meant to regulate.

The FD&C Act proved to be too weak for modern pharmaceutical companies so it was updated in 2004 by the passage of the Bioshield Act. “A key element of the Act was to allow stockpiling and distribution of vaccines which had not been tested for safety or efficacy in humans, due to ethical concerns.” Here we find the source for that wonderful (from the point of view of a drug cartel exec) caveat that grants pharmaceutical companies and bioweapons researchers carte blanch to do all kinds of nasty research.

(I explained in this post how the vaccine industry has also achieved legal immunity from prosecution in the case of adverse vaccination events, including death. All of this leads up to the climax at the end of this post.)

The Bioshield Act came about as a response to the anthrax attacks of 2001. Interestingly, those attacks have recently come under critical scrutiny. There are too many good links to list here so I’ll just list a few of the news outlets that have recently been questioning the official narrative of what happened with those anthrax attacks - you can do your own research; McClatchy Newspapers, Frontline, ProPubilca and the Washington Post have all covered the story. The following sentence may be the most important one in this post. If the foundation upon which the Bioshield Act was built is bogus, then the Act itself needs to come under scrutiny.

As it turned out, the Bioshield Act was still not strong enough to provide everything the drug cartels wanted, so in 2016 The 21st Century Cures Act was signed into law by President Obama. This is a spooky one. Even Wikipedia begins by pointing out some of its controversial aspects:

“The 21st Century Cures Act (21st CCA) is a United States law enacted by the 114th United States Congress in December 2016. It authorized $6.3 billion in funding, mostly for the National Institutes of Health.[1] The act was supported especially by large pharmaceutical manufacturers and was opposed especially by some consumer organizations.[2]”

“Proponents said that it would streamline the drug and device approval process and bring treatments to market faster. Opponents said that it would allow drugs and devices to be approved on weaker evidence, bypassing randomized, controlled trials, and bring more dangerous or ineffective treatments to market.”

As a reminder, Anthony Fauci was a physician with the National Institutes of Health (NIH), of which the National Institute for Allergy and Infectious Disease (NIAID) is a part. Anthony Fauci has headed up the NIAID since 1984 (it’s all so Orwellian;) As I pointed out in this post on January 23 2021, the NIH has been funding and promoting dangerous gain-of-function research on viruses in the US and Wuhan, China. The NIH also has stakes in the vaccine developed by Moderna with funding from Bill Gates. Yes, you read that right, there is a Moderna/Gates/NIH vaccine connection. The 21st CCA contains a lot of provisions, none of which seem to be of any benefit to the average American - all of which seem to be of great benefit to the drug cartels. Among its many questionable allowances - it gives medical cartels the authority to electronically share everyone’s medical records.

Along with Bioshield Act we have The Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology, commonly known as the ONC. (What an Orwellian name. These people really need to get out of their dungeons and get more sunshine.) The ONC is a staff position of the Office of the Secretary for the Department of Health and Human Services for which Anthony Fauci is a key advisor. Yes, I know it’s a very deep rabbit hole, but bear with me, reaching Fauci means we’re close to the top of the food chain.

In December of 2017 a mysterious bill known as only as “The Act” was signed into law by President Trump. (This name prevents one from doing an online search - there are many “Acts”.) This piece of legislation is so occult that it doesn’t even appear in the online congressional record. The reason may have to do with the fact that it grants enormous powers of cooperation between the Department of Defense (DoD) and the FDA. But the ultimate goal is - and here we come to the pinnacle of this post -

Expands FDA's emergency use authorization (EUA) authority under §564 of the FD&C Act to allow FDA to issue EUAs for emergency use of unapproved medical products or unapproved uses of approved medical products to address additional types of threats (beyond CBRN agents) related to attack with an "agent or agents that may cause, or are otherwise associated with, an imminently life-threatening and specific risk to the United States military forces" (see §1(a), P.L. 115-92);

Allows the Secretary of Defense to request, and authorizes FDA to take, specific actions to expedite the development of medical products, and the review of investigational submissions, applications for approval/licensure, and submissions/notifications for clearance for such medical products reasonably likely to diagnose, prevent, treat, or mitigate a specific and life-threatening risk to the U.S. military (see §1(b), P.L. 115-92)

There you have it - the law that allows the drug cartels to use the American public as guinea pigs in this vast, ongoing vaccination experiment. Given that, according to the CDC’s VAERS site (see previous post for more info and an earlier count), the number of ‘offical’ deaths - the last time I checked - was well over 1,500, and given that that number represents less than 5% of reported deaths (others claim less then 1%), the only conclusion is that what we are witnessing is a massive eugenics program.

Does anyone remember the strange press conference President Trump held on October 6, 2017? He and Melania were standing in front of a group of military brass when someone from the press asked him what this was all about? He coyly said, “It’s the calm before the storm”. When pressed further he said, “You’ll find out”. Many have speculated about what he meant. But if we keep in mind that this press conference occurred just a few months before he signed The Act into law, then The Act would very likely have been in the works at the time of this press conference. There is also the question of why the military brass were there. I think what President Trump was alluding to was the profound authority granted by this mysterious Act, knowing very well the disastrous consequences that profound authority would bring about. If I’m right, his “calm before the storm” comment implies that all of this, the pandemic, the business closures, the social turmoil, the vaccines, the ensuing death toll from the vaccines - all of it was planned in advance. It appears the final piece of the puzzle may have been getting The Act signed into law to provide legal cover.

Event 201 laid out the game plan. So… Release the Kracken. Let the pandemic begin.

A late edit. Somehow I failed to include the fact that early in his term Trump met with RFK Jr to talk about doing something about vaccines. Nothing came of that meeting. Then Trump goes on to sign “The Act”, which provides iron-clad cover for the drug cartels. Lots of questions here. Any answers out there?
