Maybe it is just me, but reading the bits of "TITLE XIV—COVID–19 CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT" quoted here, is there any reason this is not a sword with two edges? Might some of the "deceptive practices" that brought us the pandemic, the emergency declaration and all the rest, be prosecutable under the terms of this law?
Excellent as always!!!! Blessings to you and yours Kyle! I would add the EPA to the list of 'Independent executive gov't agencies of the federal government' that require dismantling! ALOHA!
There is a lot of speculation here (pointing in the direction of the corporate world) but it is certainly not unfounded speculation. But I think it's worth pointing out some other possible aspects of the situation. After all, we are talking about the takeover of an entire planet by a power group or oligarchy that has not even stepped out and identified itself. Why, indeed, would drug companies enter into negotiations with any country involving military bases? That makes zero sense.
I might start with a brief review of "progressive" thought, only to the level that I am aware of it. We have Marx and other communists in the mid-1800s complaining about the unequal distribution of wealth on the planet. The "solution" to this problem (socialism), however, seemed highly unworkable, as personal property seems very much tied to personal responsibility and industriousness, and efficiency. At the end of the 1800s the Christian Socialists (Edward Bellamy) came up with a kinder vision of socialism which emphasized efficiencies in distribution, including even common eating halls, and a society that would capitalize on each person's unique skills and abilities. In the U.S., Income Tax then became formalized, which is commonly seen as a socialist idea capable of "redistributing" wealth (if the government wants to do that). But I see it as more fascistic, as it gave our central government a lot more power over individual citizens, as did Social Security. Then at the dawning of the Computer Age (and during and after the world wars) came Technocracy. This turned the Christian Socialists' benevolent corporate model into a colder and more calculating one. And finally today, under the banner of Build Back Better and the "Great Reset," we see a full-blown corporate push to simply take over in a more Orwellian, devious and highly suspicious manner.
From what I can gather regarding the worlds beyond our own, the ones that are reaching us with various forms of secret contacts follow some version of a corporate system. Even Heaven, with God at the helm, is often depicted as a sort of corporate system. Some groups are blatantly focused on trade, while others seem to prefer conquest. They are all societies of biological beings which have lost track, to a greater or lesser extent, of their spiritual beginnings. Many are starkly anti-spiritual, while others have set up elaborate creation myths or pretend to be part of the original hierarchy that created this universe. This is delusional. These societies, having basically denied the importance of Spirit, have devoted themselves to various forms of protecting and worshiping bodies, seeing them as the highest form of art, and declaring Nature to be divine. In all these systems, doctors either shyly or blatantly play the role of priests, with Scientists (doctors of philosophy) and Engineers not that far behind.
This points to the current scene on Earth as not much more than a rehash of what has been implemented elsewhere. Except: Earth is a prison for beings who prefer the happy vision of personal freedom to the robotic drudgery of corporate efficiency, along with a collection of out-of-control lunatics, and a bunch of "normal" people who were not given any right to appeal their sentences. This means that the conversion of Earth to a full blown corporate slave camp must be done secretly and deceptively under the guise of societal ideals that sound high-minded but have no sincerity behind them. It is a most confusing scene for anyone who cannot freely read minds; and I cannot.
I have been fascinated with Courtney Brown's work. His remote viewers discovered the prison system here, as well as the ubiquitous involvement of people from other planets in the leadership circles here. While my own understandings are based on Hubbard's work, Courtney has brought us up to almost present time, with projects done on Roswell, the JFK murder, also MLK, 9/11, even Covid, and other infamous earthly events that reveal the duplicity and insincerity of both human government actors and non-human actors in the history and development of Earth.
Likely the Brave New World scenario will continue here until it either plays itself out or meets so much resistance that a different approach is chosen. While well-meaning folk are strong on this planet, their reluctance to organize and take decisive action alarms me and leads me to believe that the external players will remain in control of various factions on Earth, and society could devolve into a dystopia where one side rewards obedience while the other rewards vision. The slaves are likely to have access to more resources (including weapons) which could make in very hard for the visionaries who refuse to let go of the truth and sanctity of spiritual freedom.
There is a lot to digest here. You've opened some doors that some may find synonymous with the third rail. However, I think you present these ideas because you know I open to all lines of thinking.
I'll just say that I've looked into some of these issues, including poking around Roswell and talking to a brother of someone present at the scene in 1947.
I'm just going to say that I agree with your underlying premise that the issue boils down to an unbalanced focus on the material realm of our existence and the failure to acknowledge our spirit... what 120 years ago Rudolf Steiner called the etheric body... what Dr. Tom Cowan and many others today call the water body. We have much to unlearn about the material realm, especially as it pertains to our bodies, and much to relearn about our spirit.
Your history lesson is excellent, but your solutions are a pipe dream. Until we get rid of the necessity of debt in order to function in a profit economy, we will be forever vulnerable. There is no way to do it, however there is a way to get stop the monopolization of wealth by making every naturally born citizen a shareholder in every publicly traded company.
Each person get one share of every company publicly traded. The shares have no face value and cannot be bought and sold. They receive these shares on their date of birth, and they are given back on their date of death. These shares will do 2 things. It gives every American voting rights in every company. The second thing these shares will do is some will pay dividends. Some will not and some companies will go belly up. But on a whole if the entire market does well, so too the people. This gives every American a piece of the American pie and some control over the corporation via a vote.
Now, we are not socialist and we should not expect these companies to give us dividends for free. So what we do is give the corporations a huge tax break in exchange for the no face value shares. it a win win arrangement. They can continue the sell shares on the open market as they do now. Nothing else changes. The better they do the better we all do. But most important is the wealth that floats to the top can be evenly spread back into the system fairly.
However, none of the above solves the need for debt to drive a for profit economy, and that is going to be a danger zone, because it will require and infinite amount of debt, which is what the FED is providing right now. Without a sound credit system nothing moves in a for profit system.
Someone pays me $5 to make an American apple pie, and then they try to sell it back to me for $6.
That math does not move without infinite credit/debt. And since the math alone cannot produce a profit the debt can never be paid back. it is a recipe for bankruptcy. Solve it and you will win the peace prize.
I always appreciate it whenever someone says something that causes me to stop and think. So here's what I'm thinking about this. The first thing that comes to mind is the massive government bureaucracy that would be required to run this program. The second thing that comes to mind is that this would provide the government and every corporation with a direct tentacle into the private life of every person in this country. The third thing that comes to mind is that this plan allows corporations to continue to carry on business as usual - endlessly raping and pillaging the earth and its inhabitants to maximize the quarterly profit statement, without a care given to future generations. The fourth thing that comes to mind is that there are many corporations whose money is so dirty that many would not want to receive and revenues from such a tainted source. The fifth thing is that this plan doesn't deal with the issue that Elanor Ostrom has pointed out, that distant corporations have no idea how to conduct business in local economies. If I've missed the details on how those issues would be resolved, I'm happy to hear them.
I still see the 10,000 year old proven system of primarily local resource based economies as being the ultimate solution for both current and future generations. And the transition is already underway - farmers markets have exploded in recent decades, with no help from the government. Imagine how much faster farmers markets would grow if the current restrictive regulations I mentioned in the article were lifted? I'm of the belief that unrestricted local based farmers markets (and other types of truly local based free enterprises) would eventually kill the market for corporate big box stores. We would once again see the flourishing of regional cuisine, housing, culture. Diversity instead of corporate monotony.
"The first thing that comes to mind is the massive government bureaucracy that would be required to run this program. The second thing that comes to mind is that this would provide the government and every corporation with a direct tentacle into the private life of every person in this country. "
Not at all. The infrastructure is already in place. There is no government involvement. That's the beauty of it. These public companies already pay dividends to all their shareholders. The companies handle the payouts. The government gives the company a tax break for the service. No government bureaucracy necessary.
The shareholders (American people) will have a vote, so your third point will be the will of the people. They will have considerable leverage as to how these companies behave environmentally and any raping and pillaging will be redistributed via dividends. Its a circular arrangement.
All money is dirty. Keep in mind. In order to eat and live another day, something has to die. Our existence is immoral as a consequence. Do you feel guilty because you want to live? If so, you will kill something and eat. I didn't make those rules.
You will need big corporations to do big things. I get your point about local money, but a for profit system will always need debt to make it work. and when that debt is injected into the math and game of monopoly begins. There is no way to stop it.
Again. Consider this math. Work with it on paper and see what you can do to make it work without debt.
"Someone pays me $5 to make an American apple pie, and then they try to sell it back to me for $6.
That math does not move without infinite credit/debt. And since the math alone cannot produce a profit the debt can never be paid back. it is a recipe for bankruptcy and consolidation of wealth. Solve it and you will win the peace prize."
You should really try to find some history books that describe the amount of poverty people suffered in these local resource based economies you are talking about. Before there was industrialization and a credit system much of it worked by virtue of slavery and indentured servants. The debt slave today has replace all of the physical slavery of yester year. Neither is a good outcome. Solve that math and we can get rid of both.
Your ideas are based on the current monetary/banking system. Mine are not. For example, I live in a tiny, very rural community where bartering plays a big role in how people get by - and the move in many similar communities is to get even further away from being a slave to a monetary/banking system that will always be gamed by the elites who control it.
There is also the issue of ongoing wasteful energy consumption by staying within the current centralized corporate system that likes to maximize profits by moving products all around the face of the globe. This also allows exploitation of foreign cheap labor markets to undercut local economies that are making more expensive but superior products.
Ultimately, if we are to all be operating on a level laying field, then we need to do away with corporate subsidies that keep energy prices artificially low. In this scenario I'm afraid your system would collapse under extreme cost issues. Fortunately, efficient local economies will be there to fill the void.
I've read much on historic economics. May I suggest you read these books written by a friend, Tom Greco.
Both are visible and working. Thanks for posting it.
Its heartening to see someone of David Martins caliber reinforcing things I've been saying here for almost a year now. My battles with the criminal drug cartels began when I was vaccine injured in 1971. My battle with the criminal media, especially Reuters, whose former CEO Jim Smith sits on the board of Pfizer, is ongoing.
