If people have to stop and look it up they will not write, and hope someone does.
All of the premises on which they base the bill are 18 months old and are misinformation themselves. Now “vaccinated and boosted” are more likely to get sick, be hospitalized and die.
This is clearly against the first amendment of healthcare providers rights.
Sample Script: "I am a CA resident. I am calling to ask the you to VETO
AB 1797, Assembly Weber’s Immunization Registry bill,
AB 2098, Assembly Member Low’s COVID misinformation/disinformation bill,
SB 1479, Senator Pan's School COVID testing bill
And SB 1419, Senator Becker’s medical privacy bill when they are voted on on the Assembly Floor.”
The Governor has 12 days to sign, approve without signing, or veto a bill. A letter or phone call to the Governor's Office is appropriate to state your position on the bill.
If the bill is signed or approved without a signature, it goes to the Secretary of State to be chaptered. If the Governor vetoes the bill, a two-thirds vote in each house is needed to override the veto. The Governor's Office releases veto messages which explain the veto; these messages are available from the Governor's Office and on the Internet.

Shortly after I posted this I realized I had forgotten to hyperlink California Health Coalition. I tried to get right back in but, from my end, Substack had gone down and was down until this morning.
Yes, I noticed that! I did this in a hurry, copied from Rooted Wings, another Substacker based in San Diego. There are a few other bills on Newsom's desk as well that need the same attention (as listed in that response). I would say it's a no-brainer that he'll push these through, except lately he's been acting more the reasonable guy---likely to prepare for his 2024 run for presidency. Being a free speech hater is a terrible look. We will see.
