Excellent article. I will viral it. Hopefully it will spread faster than omicon - or omiburger, omibulla; omiscam, omiwhatever.

For the antidotes, I hope you will mention CHLORINE DIOXIDE - the universal antidote.

"The other organ meats; kidenys (sic), heart, lungs, stomach, intestines represent the other most nutrient dense part of any animal. And dont forget to make stock out of the head. The fats in the brain, the nutrients in the eyes, nose, mouth and ears are all important for our own counterparts."

!!!

Most people don't know about "[t]he fats in the brain, the nutrients in the eyes, nose, mouth and ears are all important for our own counterparts".

Thank You again Kyle for all your great work. I am looking forward to your next article re the antidote for those who have had the jab. I know a few that had not choice, due to the unlawful mandates, here in Victoria, but I think nation wide.

I'm wondering, here in Melbourne Victoria and Australia wide the TGA has now granted, oh goodie, not!! that pfizer jab to be given to kids 5 to 11. Appalling. But there is no news, as yet, if they are going to mandate these. I am wondering if that has happened in the States? If you know could you please let me know. It is obvious there are different plans for different countries. So...???

It is interesting that the evil Greg Hunt Federal Health Minister is leaving. boo hoo. He has a lot to answer too. He worked along side Klaus Schabb and helped get Australia into this mess. Although we now know Australia over the years has been so set up without the people's knowledge, such as when Whitlam removed Commonwealth and put in Australia in 1973; in 1986 Hawk introduced the Great Australia Act and then in 2004 the crown was removed. There was a referendum asking if we wanted to remain with the Westminster system or become a republic. The powers at be at that time assumed we would go with Republic. We did not. But they had sold us off then to the UN. The level of corruption that has taken place is off the charts. And so much to make right. But we need to get through these horrid times first. And of course mainstream media has just been given more funding and lower taxes all to ensure they keep up with their bs. Appalling. Having said all that there is much good work going on that we pray to God, will help. Time will tell.

God bless you and yours Kyle, stay safe. And God Bless all those in Canada and the USA.

I spent much of my life on some diet or other to lose weight. I remember the low fat craze and I was so good at reducing the fat in my diet. I lost 30 lbs, but then I stopped losing. My hair was falling out, my skin was scaly, and I had no energy. I had to do something. I switched to keto, and I have not looked back since. I also gave up the dieting obsession about three years ago and I have neither lost nor gained since then. I am hardly at the ideal weight but I am 72, I walk two miles or more daily, and live an active lifestyle, and I am never sick. Let food be your medicine. And I have not seen a doctor in twenty years. I don't plan to find one either.

"The short answer is - the same things that have been working for tens of thousands of years."!!!

Regionality and history matter. Foods that work best for one group of people in one location might not be suitable for another in a different location. The obvious examples are those who live in the tropics vs. those who live in the cold regions.

I saw on youtube a clip showing the various foods those healthy and long-live people eat. They were different because of the locations!

I did some skimming, but your food advice seems good. Eating is something we all have in common and seems like an obvious place to start any discussion about how to stay healthy.

But my study shows that spiritual health (also spoken of as emotional health) is very important. I once saw a veggie-centric doctor and a meat/fat-centric doctor argue for a whole hour about which type of diet is healthier. Apparently there are studies pointing in both directions. How could this be? Perhaps there is another factor in what makes a being (and his body and biome) feel happy and well. The African natives studied by one doctor were not only eating lots of meat, they were happy in their world and with their way of life. And I am guessing that the people who benefited from a more veggie-oriented diet were also happy people.

There is nothing like a calm and confident disposition to make one feel well. So we might also want to look into what can promote such an attitude towards life and what can destroy it. There are many technologies for building emotional (spiritual) strength. But there is one thing that gets in the way of all of them: The chronically miserable individual; the criminal. Allowing such people into one's life is kind of similar to jumping off the Golden Gate bridge. They are guaranteed to work hard to keep you upset, unsure of yourself, and sick. Such people have bothered human communities since the dawn of time. But our technical society has amplified their power to disrupt us. We have handed our "news" organizations to such people, to our eternal sorrow.

So, while we practice eating well, I propose that we also need to practice methods to detect the toxic personalities around us and keep ourselves separated from them. I do not propose trying to exterminate them, as has been tried now and then in the past. The most important step is to correctly detect them. Then we just need to find ways to keep our distance from them. They will not benefit from being punished or killed, and neither will we (in the long run).

I make this broth every week, I buy a portion of chicken, I add hearts, poultry stomachs, a piece of beef, today it was a beef tail, I add vegetables - just like you use. I cook for 4 hours over low heat. Pour the hot broth into 1L jars and close it. When they cool down, I put them in the fridge. For sure, 2 weeks can stand like this. My children have been eating it since they are born. I live in the Center of Europe and it's a popular dish with us. I'm waiting for the next article, because I'm worried about my daughter who took the preparation :(

Your point about tradition: NEVER reheat or re-cook food. Compare two pieces for yourself: reheated vs, not reheated. This is why restaurant or eatery is unhealthy. We all know that fresh is best. How is reheating make something already cooked fresher?
