Aluminum is POISONOUS. And we’re wallowing in it. The linked article discusses how to get it OUT of our bodies by drinking SILICON rich mineral water. The author, Christopher Exley, says, “Silicon molecules are able to bind with aluminum ions and render them innocuous.”

https://www.westonaprice.org/health-topics/environmental-toxins/surviving-in-the-aluminum-age/#gsc.tab=0

While rereading this article in the Spring 2019 WAP Quarterly Journal, it occurred to me that metals – aluminum, lead, mercury in teeth fillings, implants, and others stored in our organs – interact with man-made EMFs. It’s probable that the amount of metals accumulated in the body isone reason why some people are so vulnerable to EMF disease.

Just now, to get a link and reading the online comments, Gram says: “I’m electrically hyper-sensitive; less than I used to be. I’ve detoxed my ‘heavy metals’ down to very healthy levels. I avoid drinking anything that is not spring water, or made with filtered or spring water, or I feel the conductivity! Vaccinated babies, or babies who acquired high levels of heavy metals from mama in utero, who have seizures, are possibly reacting to electromagnetic fields in their environments. I used to feel it in my nervous system every time the furnace, A/C, or refrigerator motor cycled on! I’m an adult that weighs about 150 lbs. Good grief! (I pray everyday that the vaccine industry will go down the drain with others in the swamp!)”

Like Gram, I too hope the vaccine industry Big Shots are thrown into the swamp and eaten by alligators, Black Moccasins, snapping turtles and other reptilian swamp dwellers.

The nutritionally void and often toxic hospital food, which I have also endured, is all the proof anyone should need that healing the patient is not a priority. This article does an excellent job of illustrating the actual incentives of the hospital and its employees.

The horrors of hellspitals. Reading about your experience made my heart rate increase. It's scary stuff.

They killed my twin brother in a hospital in 2019 with their protocols. He was admitted with anemia, malnutrition and dehydration. He was so drugged on Ativan that he was unable to stop their experimentation on him. They didn't give him what he needed (a blood transfusion) and succeeded in shutting down his kidneys which led to his death. I was in total shock so I got his records which took some wrangling - but it caused me so much grief when reading them that I couldn't continue.

I'm convinced that your lucidity and firmness during your stay is what saved your life. Otherwise, I shudder to think what the outcome may have been. This is further proof that everyone needs an advocate when in the hellspital.

Please. If you have never heard of Barbara O'Neill, please check her out - research her so you know who she is. Her videos are on YouTube and Rumble. She has been banned and maligned because of her healing information and methods. She also runs Living Springs Retreat in Alabama. She has a radiation Detox - I've done it and it makes you feel great. It's easy to do. Mix 1 quart (4 cups) of distilled water, 1 tsp sea salt (I use Redmond Ancient Sea salt from Utah), and 1 tsp of baking soda. Divide this into four 8 ounce doses - every two hours during the day.

So glad that you're doing well now. I'll be interested in reading the rest of your tale. (shudder). Peace and blessings.

For years I've had a morning routine of taking 3/4 teaspoon of Magnesium citrate powder with 3/4 teaspoon of ascorbic acid powder with 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda, all mixed in a quart of my well water, stirred and downed.

Since getting home from the ICU I've added one sodium chloride tablet to that mix. I'll stop using the tablets when I run out and switch to some form of high grade salt. Right now those tablets, in conjunction with shilijit and the Magnesium, ascorbic acid and baking soda, are all working very well for me.

The asking twice thing....

I have been in hospitals quite a bit in the past 5 years because of my aging parents. No one has ever asked for ventilator permission, even when my dad was in there with pneumonia--twice. The last time, I made the nurses specifically note (without being asked) that under no circumstances was a vent or remdesivir permitted, and i gave a copy of my dad's advance directive to them.

On the other hand, my two kids just went to the doctor for an annual visit which I only went to because a camp needed a physician sign-off. Neither was "due" for a vaccine but our long-term pediatrician suggested my 10 year old get his DTap booster early (no harm in that! lol). I played it soft that we would wait and kept the conversation pleasant and non-confrontational. Done. But wait. She came back in the room and started going over the vaccines again almost as if we hadn't had a 5 min discussion just minutes ago. It was bizarre to say the least.

These doctors are taught (literally in their protocols) to repeat and press things in a way that sociopaths do. After all, us mortals just suffer from overall stupidity and its not our fault. Nod and smile, soft pedal it all, but never take no for an answer. One day, we will not have a choice.

They are literally brainwashed. What other profession requires forced sleep depravity, sometimes working 30 hours straight, or 72 hour on-calls with short 2 hour catnaps? In this day and age? No one even questions why that is necessary. Then they' re told how it is: diagnose and drug. That combined with the idea that they are now gods and we are very stupid, honestly, I would behave the same way.

Definitely agree with all that. Add in the fact that most of the doctors I know are very proud of their 'intellect' and feel that their hard-earned degree confers some sort of superiority over us peasants. I know I've gotten much more cynical in my hard-earned old age, as I've been kicked out of many practices for refusing hpv jabs for my daughters, osteoporosis drugs for myself, etc., and just being a contrarian (according to the medical profession). No loss, imo. Would really like to find some sort of 'catastrophic' only type insurance. I'd rather pay for my own homeopathic, naturopathic, chiropractic, integrated-type doc myself when I need one.

Doesn’t make anyone “wrong.” It’s just fodder and adds to the argument. The system is corrupt from the head down. And we can go on and on: hospitals were paid for dead bodies; doctors get 6-figure gifts from big pharma, etc. but there’s a “belief” component there that is in addition to the financial incentives. There’s no doubt they truly believe in what they are peddling.

FYI.....Salt is necessary for life, and it's definitely your friend.

But ordinary 'sea salt' is processed and not pure. Your table salts like Mortons salt likely contains microplastics and has been stripped of minerals. Side note: Himalayan sea salt is not from the Himalayan mountains...Colima sea salt filters through the earth and is collected by locals (fair trade). It is independently-certified to be**plastic free.

It is made from rain water that has percolated down through an ancient dry salt lagoon, dissolving minerals along the way. Then it is pumped the saline water to the surface to be evaporated in the hot sun. This may help you...Also you have to move to get away from the 5G I have 5 of those tower arrays on my condo bldg roof in FL....I MOVED!!!.so becareful where you go and get a METER...

Is there any way to erect some sort of protection from the tower?

I am just appalled at your story. My husband was hospitalized for 8 days in 2001. He had been burned badly on his legs. The hospital did not even realize (or care?) that burn victims need extra calories and good protein to heal. I brought in food constantly. Their answer? They added Ensure pudding to his food tray. GAG I really thought that in 22 years hospitals would have improved and come to appreciate the importance of food. But no - it's still a BUSINESS and all that matters is bottom line dollars. I didn't realize you were in Tucson area. Must be up by Marana or further? I didn't know they had done all of that with the U of A and the hospitals. Crazy. I lived south of Tucson for 13 years from 1999 till 2012. Loved my place but missed the rain and had to move back home to care for my elderly mother. So glad you kept a firm head on your shoulders while in the hospital. I've got horror stories from my mom's experiences as well. I just left with her and told them to do whatever they wanted with the bill, but we weren't paying it. They nearly killed her. Yes, I mean the Twin Towers. You must have gone to a place where time wasn't linear, also. That's the only way I can explain it. Sept 9th or 10th, 2001, my brother was camping out with friends in the Grand Canyon. All they could see of civilization was the airplane contrails. They joked, "If those disappear, we better not go back!" But the next day or so, they were camping in an area where they couldn't see the sky well. They didn't find out what happened until someone picked them up at the end of their trip.

In Matthew 24, Jesus’s disciples specifically asked him about the end of days and the signs of his second coming, and the following versus are pretty telling about the days we live in, and what’s just ahead.

Matthew 24:4-8 (KJV) 4 And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you. 5 For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many. 6 And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all [these things] must come to pass, but the end is not yet. 7 For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places. 8 All these [are] the beginning of sorrows.

So deception will be rampant in these days, as well as wars and rumors of more wars, earthquakes, famine, and pestilences. The nation against nation is referring to ethnos, so race wars is what is being referred to here. divide and conquer strategy will be used to turn all the races against one another.

I can already see everyone being prompted to hate the “whites”, and once they have been dealt with, other races will probably be provoked against each other next.

Of course, all of this will be man made, including the earthquakes and weather manipulation, and the pestilences will be lab made too.

If Germ theory is a falsehood, then viruses aren’t real either. At least not the kind they’ve been brainwashing humanity into believing in for the past 100 years. Rather, I believe they are taking natural parasites, bacteria, and molds, and giving them a synthetic AI intelligence. I also believe that crystals, light and frequencies (5G) have something to do with how all of this stuff will work. Not sure yet how it all will work, it’s more of a concept at this point based on what I am seeing.

Similar to your experience, the nurses also neglected to give me soap and a washcloth. A cleaning lady got them for me. I checked myself out that afternoon.
