Discover more from the secular heretic
Hey there all of you wild and woolly freedom loving heretics! Welcome back to the seitch! I hope this finds you all fat and happy after the holidays.
This was to be the long promised post about the role banks play in the illicit drug trade. That’s coming soon - maybe tomorrow. But I stumbled across something today that sent me in another direction, something I thought all of you would want to know about.
The banking topic requires a lot of research, some of which was about FinCEN, a department in the US Department of Treasury (explained later) that plays a big role in - theoretically - monitoring questionable banking transactions. I did some of that a few days ago. While doing more research today I came across a new FinCEN report put out 5 days ago titled 2022 National Terrorist Financing Risk Assessment. All of you astute Heretics know that the US government uses many dubious and subversive tactics to define the term terrorist and as you will see, this document takes full advantage of those tactics.
Those of you who follow James Corbett over on the Corbett Report (see my recommendations) will know that he has documented how the US government created Middle Eastern terrorist groups as boogeymen to justify an agenda that plays right into the hands of big oil and the military industrial complex. More recently we’ve seen how the Biden administration has taken to painting those of us who are speaking out against the unconstitutional use of experimental jabs to maim and kill millions of Americans as… domestic terrorists. This, of course, plays right into the hands of big pharma.
This FinCEN document (coming up) makes that designation official - at least as far as the FBI and some of the other deep state agencies are concerned.
Put simply, this is tyranny.
Regular readers will appreciate the small print in the fourth one down:)
I don’t know about you, but I’m finding it really hard to wrap my mind around how anyone can any longer believe anything the Biden administration says. George Orwell must be rolling over in his grave.
In the new FinCEN document, under the heading Domestic Violent Extremism, we find the pertinent part of the goobberments perceived ‘need’ to define and go after that ‘new class of domestic terrorists’, some of whom are apparently those of us who are speaking out against tyranny. In case anyone wants to follow them up, I’ve included the links on that page.
A DVE is an individual based and operating primarily in the United States, without direction or inspiration from a foreign terrorist group or other foreign power, who seeks to further political or social goals wholly or in part through unlawful acts of force or violence.64 This risk assessment, as well as the law enforcement and IC
assessments it references, do not include individuals engaged solely in activities protected by the First Amendment or other rights secured by the U.S. Constitution.65U.S. authorities categorize DVEs based on the ideology motivating their violent conduct. For example, racially or ethnically motivated violent extremists (RMVEs) are individuals motivated by bias, ofen related to race or ethnicity, held by the actor against others or a given population group. Another category of DVE threat is anti-government or anti-authority violent extremists. These individuals are motivated by anti-government or anti-authority sentiment, including opposition to perceived economic, social, or racial hierarchies, or perceived government overreach, negligence, or illegitimacy.66
As noted in the 2021 National Strategy for Countering Domestic Terrorism, DVEs pose a serious and evolving threat.67 Since the spring of 2020, for example, the FBI has more than doubled the number of its DVE investigations, from about 1,000 to around 2,700.68 Earlier this year, the intelligence and law enforcement communities conducted a comprehensive assessment of the DVE threat and found that DVEs motivated by a range of ideologies and galvanized by recent political and societal events in the United States pose an elevated threat to the United
States.6963 For instance, in October 2021, a U.S. individual was found guilty for attempting to provide material support for terrorism and attempting to make a contribution of funds, goods, and services to the Taliban. Department of Justice, “Bronx Man Who Attempted To Travel To Afghanistan In 2019 To Join Taliban Convicted Of Attempting To Provide Material Support For
Terrorism,” (Oct. 11, 2021), https://www.justice.gov/usao-sdny/pr/bronx-man-who-attempted-travel-afghanistan-2019-join-
taliban-convicted-attempting.
64 Ofice of the Director of National Intelligence, Domestic Violent Extremism Poses Heightened Threat in 2021, p. 3 (Mar. 1, 2021)
(ODNI DVE Assessment).
65 As the IC has noted: “Mere advocacy of political or social positions, political activism, use of strong rhetoric, or generalized philosophic
embrace of violent tactics may not constitute violent extremism, and may be constitutionally protected.” ODNI DVE Assessment at 4.
66 See ODNI DVE Assessment, p. 4 for additional information on how the U.S. government classifies the ideologies motivating
various DVE threats.

12132022 National Terrorist Financing Risk Assessment
There is some very revealing information in just these few paragraphs. In the second paragraph we are told that anyone who holds opinions that are “…anti-government or anti-authority sentiment, including opposition to perceived economic, social, or racial hierarchies, or perceived government overreach, negligence, or illegitimacy” are terrorists. By this definition, anyone reading this post could be construed as a terrorist. In other words, you are a terrorist if you even think about any of that. Careful, are the thought police just around the corner?
The other part of this quote that I find interesting is the admission that for some unexplained reason, in the spring of 2020, right during the roll-out of the covid plandemic, the FBI nearly tripled its effort to find these newly minted “domestic terrorists”. That wouldn’t have anything to do with the overall plan to curtail the activities of freedom loving Americans like you and I, would it? It was just a few months later that I was censored on social media platforms.
Right now I’m trying hard to determine if I know anyone who does NOT fall into one of those categories. Hmmm… guess I don’t know anyone who works for the government.
Our entire govt needs to be purged...every agency
How convenient. If you disagree with the government you are automatically a terrorist. Yes, this is tyranny. According to FinCEN's webiste, they were created by (1) the Currency and Financial Transactions Reporting Act of 1970, (2) Title III of the USA PATRIOT Act of 2001 , and (3) the Bank Secrecy Act of 1970. Our very own elected Congresspeople created this monster. Will protesting it qualify us as terrorists?
