Robert Yoho (Surviving Healthcare) has been posting about it recently. The series starts with this post (on his Substack but not written by him): https://open.substack.com/pub/robertyoho/p/256-chris-exley-the-aluminum-man

It goes into detox. And thanks to his work I have replaced my rapid-heating coffee maker and tea kettle, and their aluminum heating elements, with a good old fashioned aluminum-free coffee percolator. It's even fun to watch and it makes a wonderful sound! As careful as I try to be, I had never thought about what those heating elements might be made of (and manufacturers do not go out of their way to disclose it).

It is actually Dennis N Crouse who tested coffee makers for the amount of aluminum they add to your coffee. Most drip style coffee makers have an aluminum heating element. Here is a link to that write up and a video which shows you the heating element. There is also information on how to find an aluminum free coffee maker. https://prevent-alzheimers-autism-stroke.com/2021/07/12/my-moms-aluminum-free-coffee-maker/

A regimen of intravenous EDTA chelation treatments for the elimination of toxic heavy metals is the gold standard protocol, but it's inconvenient, invasive, and moderately expensive. I prefer the gentler, albeit slower, approach using oral liposomal EDTA, fulvic/humic acid mineral complexes, small amounts of bentonite clay and activated charcoal in any hot foods that I ingest, lemon water and apple cider vinegar (ACV) water, heavy sweating in an infrared sauna, foot baths, hot baths in epsom salts/borax/baking soda, etc. I also do at least one 2-3 day water fast per month coupled with intestinal/liver/gall bladder cleanses using Dr. Group's protocols (globalhealing.com). There are also many labs which can accurately determine heavy metal loads in blood, urine, etc.

BTW, even though I'm gratefully unvaxxed, I simply assume that I'm being poisoned in every way imaginable and I take appropriate steps to avoid levels of accumulation which can produce severe toxic inflammatory reactions, cancers, et al. Consequently, I've adopted the military approach known as "saturation bombing" in dealing with these exogenous poisons.

Expand full comment
Kyle Young's avatar

I would agree with most of that, although there are some questions regarding the safety of chelation therapy for some folks. And some folks cant tolerate bentoite clay (I'm one of them).

What lab do you use?

Expand full comment
Phil Welsh's avatar

I've never ordered any lab tests myself. I just assume I'm loaded with unwelcome metals and take the proper steps to assist my body in its efforts to keep me clean. Many diagnostic labs will pop up in any web search for "aluminum blood testing" .

In lieu of the clays, a long-term regimen of chlorella, spirulina, wheatgrass, and other chlorophyll-rich green foods will keep one reasonably metal-free. Prior to the advent of BigPharma-based "modern medicine", wood ashes and wood char were routinely added to food. We now know that wood ash will replace the trace minerals which are constantly being lost in bodily wastes and the char will absorb the carcinogenic nitrosamines present in undigested, putrefying, animal products as they make their way through the lower gut.

The most reliable way to measure how much aluminum there is in your body is a 24 hour urine test. IF you are in the US you can use Request a test to find a lab to get the testing done. There are some states where you can't get this testing. Here is a link to a write up with more information. At this blog you will also find safe ways for detoxing mercury, lead, arsenic and aluminum using things either essential to or made by the body. http://prevent-alzheimers-autism-stroke.blogspot.com/2021/03/how-to-test-for-aluminum-lead-mercury.html

Re joint pain, bone broth is super helpful. It's IMPORTANT to buy the bones from 100% grass-fed cows on pasture and NTS cows who haven't been vaxxed. 5 pounds of knuckle bones (cost $8) with 3 or so added chicken feet ($2 for 15 or so) make a firm gelatinous broth in 24 hours in a slow-cooker. Reuse the bones 3 or even 4 times until they are softened and the broth is watery. The last batch can be given to your dog or cat. Just add sea salt and drink 1 or 2 cups a day. westonaprice.org has info on locations of farms and specific instructions on how to make this SIMPLE broth.

Silica water seems to be the easiest way to do this, since our kidneys don't really recognise aluminium particles, or have a way to eliminate them. Silica binds to aluminium (all aluminium in nature occurs in this bound form).

You can buy water high in silica, eg Fiji water, or make your own - which I have been doing for the past couple of years. It sounds complicated, but it's actually very easy once you get set up and have been through the steps of the process once or twice.

You can get instructions here:

https://youtu.be/po8IuIXjCME

He also has a link to his website, with the instructions in written form.

There has been research with Fiji water showing that it does actually bind and eliminate aluminium.

I can't remember his name right now, but I'm following the advice of a retired chemist to drink either Figi Water with a high silicon chloride content or add silicon chloride to my drinking water. According to his research, which he tested on his mother who suffered Alzheimers, silicon combines with aluminum in the body to form a chemical which is quickly excreted through the urine. His aged mother allegedly improved remarkably.

Hello Kyle does this meter test all fields including wifi in the home ...I have been planning to buy a meter .. I recently had to get Internet at my office. The router is under my desk . and along with the service they offered me 1 year of cell phone service free ...thats a savings of 950.00 free and with costs of bills thats a big help ..my old phone is 4 G ...they said its not compatible and offered a new phone for a small charge 5G ...I hesiatated then did it.I have not activated this new phone.I am thinking of canceling and keeping the old phone and service. and getting help hard wiring the computer with ethernet . I dont want a smart phone but like many am dependent on it for work .Can you share more on how you test for 5 G fiequecncies ?

Expand full comment
Kyle Young's avatar

Since I wrote the above several other meter companies have come out with meters capable of testing for 5G. I've heard some are easier to use than the one I mentioned above.

Here is one - https://emfguide.com/the-best-emf-meter-for-5g/

Most will test for many different frequencies.

Yes, the one I mentioned tests for wifi and 5G and numerous other frequencies. You could use a meter to show your boss why they should not be using wifi. If they give you a hard time about hard wiring with ethernet, you could have a court case.

It sounds like they bribed you with the 5G come on. Maybe due to some tracking an tracing ability on their side. My guess is that you'll be able to do everything you need to do on 4G. However, from a health perspective, 4G is only slightly less problematic than 5G.

Most meters have settings to test for 5G, wifi or whatever you want to test for.

Good luck!

I’m sure that people have noticed the term that the UN is using for the hot weather this year. They say that things are boiling and it might even be true. Last year a volcano deep undersea blew up and released 40 million or more gallons of water into the atmosphere which scientists believe will raise temperatures for about 2 years. The hunga Tonga was the volcano that blew. So yeah things are boiling. Funny how the media only covered this for a day and then moved on.

https://www.abc.net.au/news/science/2023-09-08/hunga-tonga-ha-apai-volcano-eruption-seafloor-submarine-cable/102816912

Also we are being told that the ocean temperatures are rising and the ice in Antartica is melting faster. In the arctic I read said that the temperature is rising deep in the sea and probably from volcanic activity. But as we know, millions of years ago the earth was much hotter and somehow we survived and lived to prosper.

The parasite class is using higher temperatures for their own nefarious schemes and if they really wanted to address the problem they would of course give up their many jets, huge houses and tell us that the biggest polluter is the military. Military jets use 30,000 gallons of fuel every hour and I live by an Air Force base and see 5 of them flying for many hours 3-4 times a week.

For those making your own silica or Fiji water following this video (https://youtu.be/po8IuIXjCME) I have one question. WHY use 'tap' water ('most' municipal tap water is nasty!) and filter with a "Brita" and not just use filtered ZERO water to begin with?? BTW all of my drinking water (including ice!) has been 2X filtered using the 5 stage ZERO water filters hence my question of using an inferior "Brita" filter and tap water to begin with. Thank you!

Expand full comment
Kyle Young's avatar

I tried to find out what the filtering mediums are for Zero, to no avail. Some companies are using graphene oxide - nasty stuff.

Expand full comment
Jim's avatar

This site had some interesting data and states that the ZERO filters remove 100% of aluminum (I could not find any information on aluminium reduction on the ZERO water site) so again, assuming this information is accurate why use a Brita?? : https://waterfilterlabs.com/ZeroWater-water-filter-heavy-metals-lab-test-results-lead-arsenic-cesium.html

Keep in mind who is behind the above site (Natural News) yet I found this on another site regarding the Zero filter mediums:

Stage 1: Coarse Filter Screen – The water passes through a coarse filter screen that removes large particles such as sediment and rust.

Stage 2: Foam Distributor – The water passes through a foam distributor that spreads the water evenly across the filter.

Stage 3: Activated Carbon and Oxidation Reduction Alloy – The water passes through a layer of activated carbon and an oxidation reduction alloy, which removes chlorine, metals, and other impurities that can affect the taste and odor of the water.

Stage 4: Comprehensive Ion Exchange Resin – The water passes through a comprehensive ion exchange resin that removes dissolved solids

Stage 5: Ultra-Fine Screen and Non-Woven Membrane Layers – The water passes through a final stage of ultra-fine screen and non-woven membrane layers that remove any remaining particles, including microscopic particles that can affect the appearance and taste of the water.

Expand full comment
Kyle Young's avatar

Graphene oxide is a form of carbon.

An alloy produced by oxidation reduction...? You might want to look into that.

It might also be interesting to know what those "ultra fine screen and non-woven membrane layers" are made of.

In my research about graphene oxide in the covid jabs I came across info on Pfizers massive site that part of the process involved filtering jab materials through graphene oxide.

IMHO GO is more dangerous than aluminum.

Expand full comment
Jim's avatar

I agree GO is more dangerous if injected (covid jabs) yet "carbon" in it's many forms, is used in all water filtration devices. I would assume the membrane layers are carbon based. In the Zero water filters water comes out 000 TDS (total dissolved solids - not Trump Derangement Syndrome LOL!) - this is above my pay grade so I will do some more research yet again the initial question is: WHY filter the silica water in the first place and why in the heck would anyone use tap water to begin with? THAT was the main question. Thanks!

Expand full comment
Kyle Young's avatar

Yes definitely more dangerous when injected.

But if ingested its nano particle size allows it to pass through the walls of the GI tract and enter the blood stream.

Do the imbeciles with much too much money realize that they are destroying themselves as well? Your article is excellent but it leaves me reeling. It confirms what I read earlier today re DEW, including their ability to create earthquakes such as those in Syria, Morocco, and earlier in Turkey. The people describe it as if a bomb had gone off, instead of a normal earthquake with the warning rumbles etc. I also read about hugh apartment fire in China where the buildings suddenly burst into flames and look like torches. None of this is normal. We are definitely under attack, and all our governing idiots and the MSM pieces can talk about is some new Covid variant that will require more lockdowns. We live in interesting times. But I have to believe that the Divine does have our backs. Otherwise...

I will be bold and state, from the outset, that I do not trust Dane Wigington.

I am a firm follower of Jim Lee from https://climateviewer.com/. His study of atmospheric change reveals a lot of culprits for the toxic muck we are breathing. He thinks all the rocket fuel, jet fuel and ship's bunker fuel is contaminated with the metals that everyone thinks are being sprayed. This explains why my friend in aviation knows diddly squat about chemtrails. There are no separate tanks or spraying devices. There is no need for them if the partially combusted fuel can chuck the muck out of the exhaust at the required altitude and nobody is any the wiser.

One other thing you might want to ponder upon is what else appears to be in the oceans, air and especially the rain.... I wrote about the likelihood of artificial life from the point of view of the inventor of this atrocity and, more recently, a citizen scientist who is alarmed at what he is finding in people's blood. For me, these two matters connect. Take a look. Your opinion is, always, appreciated.

I read that post earlier today when you posted it. Apocalyptic stuff. I encourage others to read it.

I don't feel I'm qualified to say without any doubt about what is or is not happening regarding how chem trails are made.

Have you watched The Dimming? I ask because there seems to be a lot of undeniable evidence that the spraying is not always coming from the engines; the spaying gets turned off and on multiple times over a short distance, the schematics of complex spraying equipment on large planes, photos of the spray nozzles on big jets, numerous videos of spraying coming from sources on the wings away from the engines while nothing is coming from the engines, testimony from qualified sources and so on.

I remember reading long ago that some of what's ending up in the atmosphere is coming from jet exhaust. While I didn't touch on that in the post, I still believe that. As I recall, that source also said that most is coming from purposeful spraying.

Agreed. As you ay, there is very credible evidence that it can come from nozzles on the wings as well as thru purposefully altered jet engine exhaust. Large ships also release adulterated exhaust which ascends into the troposphere as nanoparticulate. We are being poisoned from multiple vectors.

... and we don't even know what all those vectors are.

In emergency landings jets can jettison fuel and that is what the wing outlets are designed for.... every film I have seen looks like examples of that.... anyway, look at Jim Lee's work if you have time!

I would caution people about Dane Wiggington. He accepts, knowingly or not, the ruling class / conspiracy's hoax that CO2 in the atmosphere due to industrialization and over-populating will destroy the biosphere via warming very soon. He sees the "powers that shouldn't be" desperately conducting geoengineering with "chemtrails", weather modification, etc. to extend their ability to market fossil fuels. This is a grave error and play into the hands of the conspiracy. Chemtrails might be real, but for other reasons.

My experience of him goes back a full decade. There used to be a lot of great characters in the chemtrail community online. Dane antagonised them one by one. Some left, disenchanted. We lost Patrick Roddy, Max Bliss and WeatherWars101 from YouTube. Then Matt Landman brought out his extensive videos and Dane picked so many holes in it that seemed petty and jealous. Jim Lee, quietest of all at that time, observed all this and tried to mediate, placate and keep on track by writing his ENMOD proposals and building his huge website Weather Modification History which nailed the whole sorry story.

Unfortunately he caught Dane plagiarising some of his work and the shtf.

Jim was fuming. Dane reciprocated and any semblance of unity in the community was lost. Jim made a fresh video about all this recently. Be warned, he does not pull his punches:

Whoever ran that channel mentioned that they were being harassed. I think their channel was thrown off YouTube and that was the last we heard. Huge loss.

I’ve been following this topic and those voices for going on a decade now too. It was really very confusing in the beginning, so much infighting, so much jockeying for position, and I was just lost, just looking for answers like so many of us and it’s like getting caught in a hurricane and tornado all over again! Once Michael Murphy was out of the game and others disappearing or moving in and out of the arena I saw that DW was the one consistent voice, never changing or altering his tone or his message. I got to really appreciate this about him. My view now has definitely expanded and I see there are several strong and necessary voices left, and they are each ‘cornering’ a different audience. DW has the professional/military corner, that’s why his message is so direct, consistent, unyielding--that is what they respect. Jim Lee is great, but his audience is completely different--I cannot listen to the drama, but the few times I do, I hear a lot of whining and feeble accusations--he wants us to distrust Dane b/c he’s wealthy?! Seriously? Accuses him of crazy things like causing the death of his ‘competitors’? It’s ludicrous. Yet, I appreciate JL work and share it often on my blog. His audience is primarily younger and seemingly totally trusting of NASA, even wore the t-shirt more than once on his show. They both like their spinning globes! 😆

I guess what I’m saying is, when possible, take the work, leave the man. I think they are both doing a very valuable service and I respect them both considerably, DW is just more my style. What can I say, got a penchant for the Old Testament.

Jim did not say that Dane has caused anyone's death.

He also does not distrust Dane because he is wealthy. It is clear that you have not listened to him very much.

The old friends simply stopped reporting and making videos. I know that Matt Landman and Max Bliss are still in touch with Jim. Nobody knows what happened to WeatherWars101 but nobody knew who owned that account and they employed a faked voice. They may still be around, using a different name.

Dane believes the climate change narrative. He is following the globalist line. Of course the military trust him, he plays on their weaknesses and obedience to authority. None of which will impress any decent researcher.

Jim's audience is not only young - I am 71 and have been supporting his channel financially (small monthly payments) for many years.

If I had the time I’d find the counter for you where he does blame Dane for these other activists deaths and disappearances. I read more than listen to him, that is true, because I find his YT vids to be too rambling. And I did not say he only has young folks listening, I understand he has a varied audience, I just think Dane’s audience tends to be more mainstream, older and more educated. Maybe I’m wrong. They are both good men doing good work, was my point, and I’ve greatly benefitted from them both. I just prefer Dane, especially because he leaves his personal life out of it.

I get that! I’ve said to Hubby (who doesn’t like either of them) many times, he’s got to be Club of Rome! But the thing is, I don’t know. If I thought for a minute either one of them were speaking the whole truth and nothing but the truth that would be different. I don’t think anyone speaking out to the public knows the whole truth. I don’t want to get stuck in anyone’s echo chamber. If Dane is presenting the Club of Rome version of the Reset, I still want to know what that is. Ultimately, with either one of them, I have a hard time imagining what is the solution outside of ‘global governance’. Dane says he wants it to stop. That’s what I want. Jim says he wants it regulated. Fair play, cause I doubt they’ll ever stop. Either case, how will that happen? It’s a global problem, but with huge local consequences. I don’t have the answers, so I get my info where I can.

Aspects I am curious about: electro-magnetic radiation, artificial lifeforms, molds and parasites included. Some researchers are finding alarming things in people's blood and it is not just in the vaccinated. Neither Dane nor Jim are touching these matters but I know a woman who is:

Apologies if Im repeating something already said, but worth checking this guy out, he offers recipes on his website plus books, for heavy metal cleanses just using food, the detox uses 5 ingredients like coriander, dulce seaweed, each for their unuque properties to release stored metals and sweep them out. He covers a lot of other dis-eases too. He recommends using a juicer but you can do this with just a stick blender.
