My greatest fear is that as the ‘boosters’ are rolled out, so too will the ability for mood control. Already I hardly recognise my vaxxed family and friends. Their complete denial of any problem is disturbing. Maintaining positive aspirations in mind has been harder these past few weeks. Again, gratitude for your calm clarity.

You mention graphene is a form of lead which makes one think it is the metal Pb, a truly toxic metal. It is used as the "lead" in pencils, but it is really a form of carbon. The graphene oxide used is one molecular layer thin sheets which makes it so useful in nanotechnology.

What comes to my mind is that if the creators of this death program know that one can get sick upon exposure to a vaccinated individual, wouldn't that mean that they, the perpetrators of this criminal enterprise, are also vulnerable targets of transmitted prions? — with the assumption, of course, that they and their families did not get the vaccine or got a placebo.

Graphene oxide is indeed a peculiar material that seems useful in manufacturing synthetic membranes. It is not that easy to learn about it online, I found. But for now all I wanted to know is that it can form molecule-thick membranes consisting mostly of carbon rings.
The term "hydrogel" has been around for over 100 years and includes a wide array of chemicals that can be manipulated to exhibit hydrogel properties. PEG is one such chemical. I don't see PEG as very human-friendly, so that is a real red flag.
Transhumanism is a crazy marketing campaign. They have almost sold us on the idea that "consciousness" is nothing more than electronic patterns contained in the brain, and that these patterns in theory could be replicated and copied into machines, which would then give you a body that never "dies." This is total BS. These guys are up to something, and maybe it's just to make a lot of money, but if it's like many other similar campaigns, then slavery is the ultimate goal. I repeat: That consciousness is contained in the brain is a TOTAL LIE. Consciousness in its purest form is totally non-physical and capable of complete freedom and complete creative action. THIS is what worries the slave masters!
The PEGS are technically "vaccine excipients," but that doesn't tell you much. The CDC publishes some interesting data on excipients. I can only guess that PEG provides a preservative function, but that's only a guess.
I am not prepared to speak to the rest of your discussion. But the basic pattern is obvious:
1) We don't need "vaccines" to deal with this illness.
2) That means, the "vaccines" were likely not created to deal with this illness.
3) So, what the hell are they really for?
I am working mostly to try to upgrade people's awareness of what is going on from a spiritual point of view. What does it take to enslave a spiritual being? A lot of work! What does it take to totally free a spiritual being? A lot of work!
