Thank you Kyle - this is a great post for multiple reasons.

First, the succinct information, including your own actual experiences with and around entities responsible for Sound of Freedom.

Second, Madyson Marquette's video.

Third, your history and brief summary of censorship.

Fourth, your link to the censorship hearings (which I actually watched live on my computer) and your interesting dealings with CHD.

And I'm really looking forward to the interview you did with them! If we get to hear/see it.

Hope you're feeling good now, since your extremely awful - but unsurprisingly so - ICU experience.

This post reflects that you may be sharper than ever.

Thanks.

I am feeling much better. Thanks for your concern.

I could have gone much deeper with any of those topics but opted to just 'cover' all of them for now. I'll likely return to them down the road as the issues mature.

As for my health there have been some interesting developments in that regard that I hope to be able to cover soon. The main reason I was willing to talk to CHD is because they wanted to hear my 4G and 5G stories. The health information I have also deals with that.

Sorry to be so cryptic...

So glad to see this post as it proves you haven't had a relapse - or decided to take that trip to Colima NOW to pick up your fav salt product.

What a coincidence you talking about Judge Doughty's 4th of July Decision granting Plaintiffs request for a preliminary injunction. Last night I finished reading Doughty's 155-page Decision. Pages 1-85 contain excerpts from 200+ emails etc received in Discovery. Pages 86-155 are Doughty's analysis of the arguments and evidence presented by the Plaintiffs and Defendants. This is a document that will be studied by law students as well as practicing attorneys for decades to come. As Doughty says, the Biden etal coercion of social media platforms to censor the free speech of Americans is the biggest assault on the First Amendment in the history of our nation. Doughty concludes his Decision with this quotation from President Harry S. Truman: "Once a government is committed to the principle of silencing the voice of opposition, it has only one place to go, and that is down the path of increasingly repressive measures, until it becomes a source of terror to all its citizens and creates a country where everyone lives in fear."

The Decision is here: https://www.documentcloud.org/documents/23867004-08917380420?responsive=1&title=1

No relapse. Actually doing well. More on that coming soon.

Thanks for the extra info about Doughty's decision. We need more judges like him.

We certainly DO need more judges like Doughty. Here’s more from his 4th of July Decision:

“One of the purposes of free speech is to allow discussion about various topics so the public may make informed decisions. Health information was suppressed, and the government's view of the proper treatment for COVID-19 became labeled as “the truth.” Without a free debate about these issues, each person is unable to decide for himself or herself the proper decision regarding their health. Each United States citizen has the right to decide for himself or herself what is true and what is false. The Government and/or the OSG does not have the right to determine the truth.” (p102)

“CISA Director Easterly stated: “We live in a world where people talk about alternative facts, post-truth, which I think is really, really dangerous if people get to pick their own facts.” ----- The Free Speech Clause [the First Amendment] was enacted to prohibit just what Director Easterly is wanting to do: allow the government to pick what is true and what is false. (p113)

“Although the COVID-19 pandemic was a terrible tragedy … “ (p118)

Indeed, it was, but the tragedy is not those deaths attributed to Covid. The tragedy is that a THEORY – the GERM THEORY – an UNPROVEN HYPOTHESIS - has been enthroned as TRUTH and no opposition to this THEORY is allowed by govt. Belief in the GERM THEORY by the vast majority of citizens has allowed the govt, with all its extraordinary power, to suppress dissent, to exert control of the media, and to enforce its rules and mandates on the unwilling. Belief in the GERM THEORY has allowed the govt to strip Americans of their Constitutional right to speak freely and listen to others speech and decide for themselves what to believe and do without fear of punishment.

RFK Jr MAY know that the GERM THEORY is a fraud, but he may also think that now is not the right time to so inform the populace. First, he has to get into the White House - a formidable task in itself. Then he can drain the swamp of the MANY fraudsters who are using the GERM THEORY to crush and destroy our Constitution and Bill of Rights.

You are right about germ theory. I hope you are right about RFK.

There MUST be some compelling reason why RFKJr wants to be President, but I’m unclear as to WHAT that reason may be. Maybe it’s a boyhood dream and he sees an opportunity to catch his dream. Biden may run again, but he will not be reelected. And there aren’t enough phony mail-in votes to assure a win, even a win by a squeak. Reminds me of ‘What makes Sammy run?’ Nobody knew, including Sammy.

Here’s another compelling question: How come only Jill and I are making use of this Bully Pulpit?

The Kennedy family is like no other that I know of.

I've also been wondering about your last question. Other freedom loving stack writers have been having shenanigans occurring... I've had it happen once or twice before with posts that some might not like. Some wealthy religions have a lot of clout.
