Substack is telling me this one is too long to fit into some email boxes. So I’m cutting it into two sections. I’ll post part two tomorrow (Sunday) morning.

Although Bob has depicted King Charles being ridden by Klaus Schwab, Charles could be replaced by Biden, Trudeau or any of the numerous other world leaders who all toe the WEF agenda line.

And yes, Joe Biden has been very busy implementing Klaus Schwabs WEF globalist, fascist, Nazi, eugenics programs here in the US.

To begin, on September 12 Biden signed Executive Order on Advancing Biotechnology and Biomanufacturing Innovation for a Sustainable, Safe, and Secure American Bioeconomy.

Considering the information below, this is a very spooky document. Fortunately, it’s merely an executive order, not law, so it can be rescinded by a real president.

To the dismay of free people everywhere, this is acknowledgment by the Biden administration that not only do they endorse transhumanism, they’re going to fund it. After Biden’s very Hitleresque speech denouncing freedom loving Americans who embrace the idea of Making America Great Again, it comes as no surprise that he would follow that up with an announcement to endorse the WEF/Nazi philosophy of eugenics by transhumanism.

Over the past two years I’ve covered the progression of the transhumanism and how the covid jabs are being used to deliver ingredients like self assembling graphine oxide particles, self assembling graphine nanobots, as well as lipid nanoparticles, all of which may be capable of moving those who take these jabs towards becoming transhumanist beings. As I pointed out earlier, one of the reasons I believe there is such a strong push for boosters is because the original two shot regime was insufficient to complete the job. Furthermore, we now see evidence that mRNA technology (read that - transhumanism tech) will be used in almost all shots in the not too distant future - tetanus, morphine, even the conscious sedation drugs used by your dentist.

The voodoo fascination with needles among these devilish elites knows no bounds.

dr. james giordano

Dr. James Giordano is a professor in the Department of Neurology and Biochemistry at Georgetown University Medical Center, Washington D.C, Chief of Neuroethics Studies Program and Co-Director of the O’Neil Pelligrino Center of Brain Science, has served on Joint Staff of the Pentagon, and is Head of the European Union Human Brain Project. He was also appointed by the Obama administration to a position at the US Department of Health and Human Services on the Advisory Council of Human Protections. He has also served on the Advisory Panel at DARPA. He also served as senior advisory fellow of the Strategic Multi-layer Assessment Branch of the Joint Staff of the Pentagon. For those of you who love to go down rabbit holes, look into the Pentagon’s Strategic Multilayer Assessment Branch. It’s a warren.

This guy is not only a mover and a shaker in the deep state, he is the pied piper of the deep state, showing them the way to transhumanist perdition. Interestingly, he seems just as willing to explain his findings to the public as he is to the deep state. Perhaps he understands that if he only told the public through scientific publications, the deep state would find out anyhow. And if he only told the deep state, no one else would ever hear of it. I have to say, a set of morals that allows one to understand that and yet pursue the big bucks he gets by taking all of those prestigious positions that help to advance the cause of transhumanism, is a very low set of moral standards.

Nevertheless, he is a fount of information on the topic of transhumanism.

In this 2018 lecture at the Air Force academy, Dr. Giordano claims neurotechnologies can, and are being “used in national security, intelligence and defense”.

In May of 2021 Dr. Giordano published this paper coauthored by Dr. Diane DiEuliis. It’s part of an ongoing series of articles over the past 20 years that have continually upgraded the latest capabilities of what is now known in scientific circles as neuroS/T science, or neurological science and technology. Read that, transhumanism. Here is a pertinent passage from this paper.

At present, operationally viable products of brain science include microbiological agents, toxins, drugs, devices, and data. Certain microbiological agents, toxins, and
chemicals are regulated and restricted by international policies, conventions, and treaties (such as DURC policies; the Biological and Toxin and Weapons Convention [BTWC]; and the Chemical Weapons Convention [CWC]); however, other substances (including novel agents that can be created using new tools of molecular biology), devices, and data, are not. Thus, neuroS/T are not wholly regulated and governed and is therefore viable for use in military, intelligence, and political initiatives and operations.

Although a number of nations have pursued and are currently pursuing neuroscientific research and development for military purposes, inclusive of efforts
conducted by the United States Department of Defence, with the most notable and rapidly maturing research and development conducted by the Defence Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) and Intelligence Advanced Research Projects Activity (IARPA). To be sure, many DARPA projects are explicitly directed toward advancing neuropsychiatric treatments and interventions that will improve both military and civilian medicine (e.g., Systems’-based Neurotechnologies for Emerging Therapies [SUBNETS]; Restoring Active Memory [RAM]; Next Generation Non-invasive Neuromodulation [N3]; etc.).6 Yet, as represented by Table 1, it is important to note that prominent ongoing—and expanding—efforts in this domain by trans-Pacific and trans-Atlantic strategic competitor nations may pose seriousthreat to US’ (and its allies’) enterprise and capabilities in this space.

By now the depth and scope of transhumaism is becoming glaringly apparent. No, make that horrifyingly apparent.

This last chart brings us to a major crux, one that verifies much of what I’ve been saying for the past two years about the independent research that’s been done on the unofficial transhumanist contents of the covid jabs. Let’s go through the topics one at a time.

viruses

On the topic of viruses, it seems that Dr. Giordano has opted to follow the official virus narrative… to the extent that he seems to think there are only two susceptible viruses. It’s interesting to note that Dr. Girodano has not listed SARS - the virus many point to as having been weaponized in a Wuhan lab - as a manipulable virus. Uh ohh. Are all of you who have been shouting from the rooftops that “it’s an engineered virus that escaped from the Wuhan Lab!” reading this? Furthermore, one of the only two viruses he does list, encephalitis, is not even agreed upon as the cause of the disease. In fact, encephalitis is an all-to-often reported side effect of childhood vaccinations.

There are several causes, including viral infection, autoimmune inflammation, bacterial infection, insect bites and others. Sometimes there is no known cause. Mayo Clinic

In other words, they don’t really know, specifically, what causes encephalitis, other than the fact that children who have recently been vaccinated can come down with it.

As to the only other virus he lists as being a candidate for manipulation, flavavirus are like covid, everyone is pointing to computer generated models. No one has ever drawn a sample of this virus from a sick person and isolated it, let alone prove it was the causative agent.

At this point I have to conclude that Dr. Giordano is, like so many of his ilk, so caught up in the business of viruses that he cannot easily back out.

I maintain that viruses are nothing more than a distractive trick of the magicians running the reely beeg shew to keep us focused on the right hand while the left hand completes the trick.

As I’ve mentioned in several earlier pieces, bacteria are a whole ‘nuther story. I have never ruled out the possibility that bacteria are being weaponized, and Dr. Giordano confirms this.

I was criticized and lost a number of subscribers when I wrote

that snake venom toxins were found in the covid jabs. Here we have the worlds leading expert on neuroS/T pointing out that they are, indeed, being “weaponized”.

Here Dr. Giordano confirms that directed energy devices are a reality. I did a piece on directed energy beams and I’ve devoted a number of articles to the problems of 5G and other emf’s and have been derided by Alex Berensen and others for doing so. Mr. Berensen, I suggest you read Dr. Goirdanos papers and get up to speed.

What Dr. Giordano calls transcranial neuromodulating devices, we call cell phones (I’ve never owned one). And yes, they have to be held close to the head or carried next to the body to be effective at disrupting human biology. It’s also why I and many others recommend that if you must have one, only use it on speaker phone so it doesn’t have to be held next to your head. Although these recommendations still do not negate the bad effects completely, turning it off when not in use or putting it on airplane mode can reduce its harmfulness. Some claim you even have to take out the memory chip.

Some nano-neuroparticulates are acknowledged. In the covid jabs we know them as the lipid nano particles. Others are not acknowledged but have been found as components of the jabs by an increasing number of researchers. As I’ve reported earlier,

this includes lead, stainless steel, graphine oxide in random forms as well as self assembling graphine oxide nanobots. As I’ve also reported, it may also include something not on Dr. Giordanos chart - self replicating single cell organisms like hydra.

With the exception of directed energy beams, which can do harm on its own, these neurotechnologies work cooperatively. The nanoparticles have to get into the body and injecting them is the most efficient way. Once in the body, because they are so manipulable by emf’s (magnetic forces - like running a magnet under a table of iron filings to make different shapes and forms), anything from a 4g or 5g tower to a cell phone can be used to manipulate them. Cell phones are the most effective at close range. However, because of the power they wield, directed energy beams may be the most effective ‘on switch’ against those who have been injected with these transhumanist components. If you’ve been jabbed and you plan to attend a public protest, be informed that you might be highly susceptible to bodily harm by the type of directed energy beams that I wrote about here -

Although I’m not familiar with neurovascular hemorrhagic agents, I’m inclined to think these may be leading to hemorrhagic fever, one of the numerous up and coming diseases being groomed for the big time. This may also be triggered by 5g, cell phones and/or directed energy beams.

If your wondering where all of this is going, your in good company. The goal of the transhumanist pushers is to achieve a form of control never before seen in human history. First of all, these components allow you to be tracked anywhere on earth by Elon Musks new fleet of 5g Star Link satellites now being put into orbit.

Secondly, in the not too distant future, if you fail to meet your quota of mandatory checks on your CCP style social credit card, you could be punished by having your bank account shut down, or your credit cards turned off. (This explains the push by Augustin Carstens, head of The Bank of International Settlements to connect all banks via a centralized digtal currency system.) If you do something they really don’t like, they may induce some form of illness. They might even be able to induce death by myocarditis, hemorrahagic bleeding, sudden adult death syndrome or some other nasty piece of work never before seen prior to the advent of mRNA jabs and all other transhumanist technologies.
