I called Senator Cruz, got right through. I am a constituent. I spoke of the need to really drill down and attend to the court rulings to evaluate all health risks from these short wavelength transmissions before proceeding at all.

Kyle Young's avatar

Thank you John. I assume you spoke to an aid? Did you get any feedback about the responses regarding the upcoming meeting?

John Day MD's avatar

The aide had a littl laryngitis and simply took my statement after I said my name and that I was a constituent. My area code is 512, Austin, a local call to Ted Cruz.

AKgrrrl's avatar

But why are we still calling them cellphone towers when we know that they emit both microwaves and Directed Energy Weapons. More soft language, or a technicality?

Kyle Young's avatar

Good point.

In the past I've called them out for what they are, but when sending out notices like this, for the sake of the average reader, I try to stay close to the primary issues.

Here is some of what I've written about these issues.

Sue's avatar

That's what usually happens. The aide simply listens, sometimes notes your name or asks for an email address, and thanks you for calling. They seldom say anything more than that.

Bhavana Lymworth's avatar

that has been my experience, as well.

Roman S Shapoval's avatar

Fantastic - thank you for doing so.

Good job! This is where the rubber meets the road.

This reminds of how ''they'' snuck through the Federal Reserve Act in 1913, under cover of the Christmas holidays. Same scum bags again. Cruz is Woodrow Wilson.

Kyle Young's avatar

I agree. I don't have much hope that Cruz will take this very far, unless he gets an overwhelming amount of calls to do something.

GardenGranny's avatar

That’s also when they reamed us with the UNaffordable CareAct via Ted Kennedy, Pelosi & the community organizer pResident.

"A few words to the naysayers out there..." So that's why we're in this situation to begin with. The VAST majority of people have no problem with Google, META, Amazon, MS, Apple knowing everything about them and spying 24/7. It's convenient. Cell towers on their front yard, for free? Wow, you'll get 5 bars on your phone ALL THE TIME. Bring it on, it will probably INCREASE property value if you have one.

Kyle Young's avatar

Exactly. People are willing to trade a lot of your rights and my rights to gain their own convenience.

BlazeCloude3's avatar

Just wait until they have their ability to drive around wherever they wish removed...Or, are FORCED to live in a location and in a situation they're imprisoned within.

People don't realize what Unalienable/Civil Rights are...Those granted by God.

They are settling for 'Human Rights' granted by Psychopaths as the mega-wealthy Psychopaths; the evil one's. They are soft and spoiled and don't have a clue of what they are losing.

Wonder what they're going to do when the Slave Masters show up to their locations and force them to give babies and small children to them for their 'Dark Art Ritual Tortures, Rapes, Slaying to be ate or the blood drank?

Those wishing to avoid conflict willing to accept slavery out of convenience have no idea of exactly what it means.

Kyle Young's avatar

It does seem like this is just the first step into a very dark, dystopian future.

Clyde's avatar

Those psychopaths, Macheavellians and narcissist have been around for centuries, but in modern parlance, we call the unconscionable demon possessed, CPS,Police, Lawyers, Judges and anybody who cannot live without personal adulation at the expense of their neighbors. Those at the top of the food chain don't want class warfare, they want the uncontested slaughter of those undesirables for being born "useless eaters" of their claimed territory's and resources.

Kyle Young's avatar

Yup. Satanic eugenics.

GardenGranny's avatar

I remember hearing “you’ll have to pass the bill to see what’s in it… through the fog of the controversy.” At the time we paid $300/mo with annual $1000 deductible for TWO citizens’ health insurance. Next year I pay $1,200+ with high deductible for ONE person.

And we pay pensions for all of them, despite the insider trading. P.Schweitzer is right—throw them ALL OUT! Our Founders would never tolerate this tyranny and next year the interest on national debt is over double what is spent on defense.

Kyle Young's avatar

I never consented to being governed. I prefer those offices all go away... permanently. We have and can self govern.

BlazeCloude3's avatar

While agreeing, know it's highly unlikely for us to remove any of these demons camouflaged as humans.

The only option is a 'HOT MESS' with Conventional Methods since Hell's Forces DO NOT end all diabolical maneuvering until threatened with a permanent removal from Earth with the souls choosing to host them.

The Word Herder's avatar

Well, here it is, IN OUR FACES.

IT'S TIME TO ACT. Thank you, Kyle!!!!!!!

Kyle Young's avatar

You are welcome WH.

Kyle Young's avatar

I do. 'Nuff said.

Sue's avatar

Kyle , thanks for keeping this issue alive. Please continue to hammer away. You're among the few who are doing this.

I'd emailed a couple of other writers on Substack, informing them of what's going on, and politely asked if they'd consider covering it. This issue is, unfortunately, is pretty much under the radar for most, so the more people informed, the better. At least that's how I thought about it.

This was over a week ago. They're busy covering among other things, Rob Reiner's death. While tragic, I don't think it warrants the same attention as the digital prison they're constructing in broad daylight. But I guess that's just me.

Kyle Young's avatar

I've been wondering about that as well. The timing on the Reiner murder is interesting.

Sue's avatar

And they're doing this during the busiest holiday season of the year. Great timing.

Kyle Young's avatar

Yup. That's how we know this is an attempted coup.

Sue's avatar

I called Sen. Cruz and the members of the committee that will be conducting the hearing on the FCC tomorrow, 12/17.

Of 10 calls, only one was answered by an aide. All the others went to voicemail. The recording in one office mentioned "high call volume".

Dare we hope they're all being deluged with calls about HR2289/FCC?

Kyle Young's avatar

Let's hope...

Su Terry's avatar

Their plan dovetails nicely with the "you will own nothing" catalog-and-capture-all-the-resources scenario of Agenda 2030. "We can put a cell tower in your front yard because it's not your front yard, it's ours."

Kyle Young's avatar

Yup, it comes right out of the WEF "...and you will be happy" technocratic/transhumanist agenda.

A little bird told me diablo blades on a sawzall cut metal like butter. Do with that what you may.

I'm starting to muse that the revolution may well start when we see those ubiquitous and God awful 5G transmission towers coming down...

many people are not US citizens. Many of the US citizens have no idea that these bills are going to be introduced; like.....it's not in the news!

Kyle Young's avatar

Yes, the lack of coverage by the corporate media is telling. But the most important people to be informed about this are your local elected officials. They have way more influence over federally elected officials than you or I. Please call 'em and give them the link to this post.

Beedledee Beedledum's avatar

Well said, Kyle! Time is short. We have little time. It may be too late but even a stall gives more time to build resistance and enlighten the people who supposedly represent us from the local, regional, and state level. How ironic that the way to get the word out by most people will be through social media, owned by the very psychopaths and sociopaths who want total control over the killing radiowaves beamed on us by Musk and the telecoms. What we need to do is go local first. Our county is hopelessly lost since I live on an island and people have been fed the lie that we need this crap for 'emergency purposes' and I watch as deforestation happens, anything to get rid of the 'dead zones' with no signal. The trees are dying from these EMFs anyway. I'm so horrified and disgusted by the mass psychosis through the brainwash. Some of us fought this in 2005 and early 2006 when the telecoms tried to wrest local control out of our hands. Long story. We won that battle but not the war. A few people died under mysterious circumstances, both supposedly 'suicides.' One was a murder, still a cold case. I'm pretty sure the other one was too.

Kyle Young's avatar

It IS ironic.

Yes, I think it could get ugly. People are fed up with the loss of rights. Stories of cell towers being destroyed around the world are already popping up.

Beedledee Beedledum's avatar

Good for those brave souls putting their bodies on the line! I consider the destruction of a tower a heroic act now. The owners of the telecoms and everything else have continuously put all of our lives at risk; all biological life. Now it's 'warp speed' ahead.

There is so much more surveillance now, via satellite as well as cameras everywhere, so the people who do these acts of defiance for survival will risk paying dearly. But what other choice is there but resistance? We must resist at every angle we can, with all we've got. Here, it's forced wireless. I don't think we even have a choice to have wired internet anymore.

Kyle Young's avatar

You can go wireless within your home. That makes a big difference. Get an Ethernet cable and run it from the connection you router uses, bypassing your router, to your computer. Best Buy has them and they can tell you how to hook it up.

Beedledee Beedledum's avatar

but what does it hook up to? you have to have a server and something like a modem to run the signal through... and our servers are all wireless.though they're wired. It's all so confusing but i know there's an antenna the next bldg over in our complex. ii have called the server before and asked about this but they said i need a router to have internet. I am renting the one - they say modems won't work. But... will they? if you have any information on this kind of stuff i would love a link or links.

Kyle Young's avatar

How do you currently get internet? What is your source? Are you getting a wireless signal? If so, where is that coming from?

Or, is there a wire coming in? Is there a router in your place?

Beedledee Beedledum's avatar

there is a wireless antenna or small tower on the next building over ( I live in a fourplex apt bldg) and all the buildings have something attached, maybe smaller antennas that pick up the wireless signal. I rent a route and there is some kind of wired ethernet converter thing that goes up the bldg and through a little hole in an exterior wall so it's wired and an ethernet cord plugs into my router. My server says they can only provide wireless. We get our wireless through Century Link though. They are a nationwide telephone and internet monopoly. We only have two choices of internet servers on the island that we pay for of course - both wireless. But if I could get a modem - if they even make those things anymore - i was told by my server people that it wouldn't work or be too slow. i never wanted this router. Or wireless. That seems to be the only choice. Maybe I will call them again and ask.

Are they telling the truth? I'm not sure. but they're a mom and pop business and i think I'm the only account that they gave me the lowest rate and have never raised my rate for all these years, so i have been loyal to staying with them.

These bastards play the long game of whack-an-ahole! They may be swatted down for a bit but that only ever means they’re recalibrating the plan and the players! I’m thinking of starting a local group that’d be willing to step up and respond to/reject requests if/when the plethora to put up these 50 ft towers comes in (to which we will only have 10 or so days to respond before they’re auto approved/agreed (albeit tacitly). It may hold little sway but if we can at least make it slower and stickier I’m game!

PIC's avatar

Ample evidence that cell towers AND Data Centers are dangerous to our rights, dangerous to our bodies and minds, dangerous to the wildlife and will turn people (those who are still living) into walking, electronically controlled zombies. Don’t think for a minute that the Dems really oppose this bill. If Biden were in office, it would have been passed already. The only reason Dems are voting against it is because it opposes Trump, and they know there are enough GOP votes to pass the bill. They are ALL owned

Kyle Young's avatar

Sounds legit.

Un-silent's avatar

And didn't Trump just sign an executive order stating that states will have no right to regulate AI? Pretty disturbing indeed. Today I tried to call my credit union's "call-24" telephone banking and instead got an AI virtual assistant telling me to either enter my ssn or ask for a human representative. When I spoke with the human he told me the only way to access phone banking is to enter my ssn. I told him I didn't want to use my ssn, because of security risk, but he said I either had to give it or talk to him (only available till 7pm). He said they got rid of the old way using my bank account number and password because it was unsafe (but using my ssn is?). I was never notified about this change ahead of time, and I am so tired of these people making these decisions without our permission. Nobody ever asked if we want these things, they just push them on us.

Kyle Young's avatar

Yes, that was an executive order by Trump. I'm hoping some states will challenge that because it's not Constitutional.

All kinds of technocracy orders are coming from on high, well above the pay grade of those we talk to on the phone.

Un-silent's avatar

And that is how they like it sitting in their ivory towers.

Be Concerned's avatar

WHY are Republicans FOR this bill??? This bill should be BURNED!!!!

Kyle Young's avatar

Good question. Because they're in the pocket of big telecom?

Be Concerned's avatar

Yep, you're right, Kyle. 99% of Congress is bought and paid for. They've sold out to the satanic global cabal. MTG has not, but she'll be leaving. Precious few others have not, but most have.

Thank you for your informative articles. In re-watching the Lahaina fire (DEWs) video in your substack (maybe one that I reached by clicking links), I realized I'd watched you back at the time of the fire, when you first made the video. I'll be upgrading to paid subscription. :)

Kyle Young's avatar

Thank you BC.

It is needed. I've been put in suppression mode.

Be Concerned's avatar

What is suppression mode?

Kyle Young's avatar

Algorithmic suppression.
